For any nation who developes a weapon(realistic) that can take out a Doujin(or arger for that matter) sized ship in matter of 25 strikes(or less), will win a 5 trillion dollar prize.The reason for this is the massive size of a Doujin type ship that could be a threat to my enire navy.

The award will begiven away once I find a realistic and powerful weapon for all(and production and sales rights for me). Then you win the 5 trillion dollar prize. It may cost me more than doing it on my own, but I'm not much iwth te navy, and we need some compitetion.

The design for these missles can be completed in a year with that funding. I can grant you production rights and access to the complete blueprints, though I would reserve the right to make these missiles for my own use, and to keep developing this technology.

The Evil Empire of Akaton is happy to contribute weapons to anyone interested in destroying a Doujin Battleship. Our most recent weapon may be powerful enough to sink the ship.

Our scientists have invented a new warhead capable of being mounted on any long range balistic missile. Insead of exploding on contact with the ship, the missile flies directly over the target and fires a sharpened kinetic armor penetration dart down into the ship. The combination of gravity and the velocity of the missile cause this dart to travel extremely fast, thus shattering the heavy armor on the Doujin. Hopefully, if several of the armor penetrators get though, they will breach the hull causing it to fill with water and sink.

Unfortunately, Akaton lacks any naval vessels or land based launchers capable of launching a missile large enough to carry this warhead. As with our contribution to the Anti-Doujin Pact, we will provide 20 of these warheads to the first nation prepared to attack a Doujin. The only condition is that if these weapons sink the Doujin we will require 5% of the winnings.

All you need is one artillery barge of mine and a few 800mm shells with an uranium tip and loaded with a superacid. Shell penetrates the armour of the Doujin and the acid eats away metal from the inside. Fire a few of them on the ship is rendered useless.
