To Communist Mississippi and Chellis:
Your treaties are both extremely unacceptable. I will not tolerate any limitation of my military- You cannot determine my military needs- Only I can. I must be able to defend myself from agression. Plus, you are attempting to pin all the blame for this situation on me alone. As it has been shown, In no way was I repsonsible for starting this war. Lastly, and I am returning to an earlier point, your proposals strip my nation of its honor. And, in Sevaris, honor is something we dearly cherish. And, before you say, "it's to save face", here in Sevaris, HONOR is our face.

Would you be open to any negotiation? if so set forth what you would require (leaving out the Caelta issue for the moment) and we can try and find soem common ground.

To all it may concern,

Lasatania as a naval power wishes to express concern over the desire among some nations to strip Sevaris of its naval capability. To this end, should this measure be implemented, we would immediately move our Expeditionary Fleet to its waters to provide naval security for the nation. We again condemn these proposed measures.

We're certain open to negotiations. However, reduction of my Armed Forces is something I will not tolerate- not now, not ever.

I just proposed another treaty.

Chellis is, and has been, open to not reducing your military, but stopping your agression in a must.

We blame you for starting the war because you promised weapons to Caelta rebels. I personally wont hold moral judgement, whether your actions were right or wrong, but your doing that sparked conflict, when nothing would have happened if you hadnt done that.

Sevaris, the best you could do is to keep negotiating, or demanding as I do, untill the peace treaties are reasonable and then... (check your TGs)
