Today Shangia has taken over leader ship of the Whittier Pact.
I demand that Whittier and all other members of the Pact swear total allegiance to me.

I am also demanding the total surrender of Whittier.
His nation will become a province of mine.

(There is nothing he can do about it cause everyone ignores him)

Please show us proof that you took over the Whittier Pact. Because from what i see the Whittier Pact HQ is still standing with Whittier as leader.

Chellis supports this to get someone more sensible than whitter in power, thats all.

Whittier is a good leader and if he leaves we already know who is going to lead the WP after that.

As much as we dislike Whittier for their poor, if not dismal grasp of diplomacy, we cannot support such an idiotic attempt at intimidation over an entire alliance.

Make your own alliance which enforces rules on it's members which only apply when they are fighting one another.

Whittier has agreed to let Shangia be the new leader on II, therefore we accept his rule of all member nations. Whittier will continue to operate, but in a less direct way.

Approved. Shangia runs WP in II, but I retain the power to vetoe it.
