Sino-Taiwan diplomatic exchanges

Taipei
If one turned away from the centre of the city, then today would have been a normal day. The city centre was awash with people, preparing for one of the biggest protests in the history of Taiwan. Even the police had not seen this sort of turnout since the elections of 2004.

However, the main road leading to the airport was completely empty, almost like a road in the countryside if it wasn't for the masses of ROCA military vehicles securing dozens of checkpoints. A pair of loudspeakers were also hung on a skyscraper.

President Zhang sat and watched the scene from his seat in the Presidential Palace. It was anarchy. He wondered if protesters had delayed the arrival of the Sinoese General from Chiang Kai Shek International Airport. He watched as double decker buses were driven into strategic locations, conviniently blocking the view of the protesters from the airport road.

Sino's General Liu touched down on the Chiang Kai-shek Intl. Airport, in his usual converted H-8 stealth bomber. This had been the first time in four years he has returned to the renegade province that he first arrived eleven years ago. The airs smells of a similar odour of rebellion as if it was 2006, when that war that disintegrated China started.

He walked down the steps cautiously, closely escorted by his bodygaurds, instictively he looks in the direction of high points, points good for hiding, checking for enemy snipers. After all, almost everyone here hates him. Damn separatists!

A small ROCA military band was standing nearby, playing the Sinoese national anthem A Call to Arms, their nationalism in the music needs work...

OOC: I'll post more when I have the chance.

Feeling only a sense of unease at such a sensitive area, Liu (despite the presence of guards), had one hand over his left sidearm, as he strolled down the blood red carpet to the motorcade.

OOC: Any reporters present?

Several Sinoese spec-ops have ventured off the plane to provide cover for the General in a case of attack, which Liu believes there is a 60% chance of that happening. Liu had personally demanded LAWs.

"If there's a sniper in the building, use a tank's main gun against it, but if there's not a tank in command, use something lighter but can still pack a punch." Liu remembered briefing his security team as they packed and inspected the weapons.

Zhang chuckled as he watched the scene unfold from the embeddded cameras in his security troops. "Don't worry General," he says via walkie-talkie. "The buildings are emptied and the reporters are waiting outside the presidential palace."

Meanwhile, while the delegation in Dra-Pol turns on the television and watches the whole visit.Maybe millions of Xiannese at home are watching this, probably because that's the only thing on.

His cape flutters in the airport wind combining with his hand polished jackboots, enhancing his warlord image.

At the last few steps, he moved hurriedly into the motorcade. It was a mistake to wear a cape as it was windy. He was careful not to leave it hanging by the door as he slammed it shut.

He gazed at his watch, looks like he's early.
Xiaguo

What a marvel it was. Xiannese students and visitors in _Taiwan describes the whole scene, which, seems exagerated, but in a sense that interests many.

"Wow, Mr. Liu sure looks bold in his cape, but today is pretty windy and I think sooner or later that he's going to..." said a passerby during the arrival of Liu.

Xiannese news coverage of this is tight, as Xiaguo's most important and key allies were _Taiwan and Sino. As Sino now incorporates, Guangzhou, Fujian, and Zhejian.

"Wow, the _Taiwanese bands were a little dull, but I can really tell that they're afraid of Liu," with a wink, a guardsmen returns back to his post.

An article on this event in the Taiping Times

Sino Crosses the Straits
By Lee Chieh-I

TAIPEI- President Liu Tong Zhong arrives in Taipei, Taiwan. Roads were blocked off and winds roared through Northern Taiwan during the whole day. Protestors at all sorts came in masses shouting slogans, "Taiwan does not welcome murderers!" similiar slogans and statements were made at Liu by anti-United China Priniciples activists.
This states visit was almost as if it was a dream of all man. Taiwanese marching bands and orchestra played the, A Call to Arms, a well known song throughout the mainland.

Security is high and Liu actually handpicked and planned the security precinct. Fears of an assasination is high, and the Taiwanese also had secured the area with their source of protection.

Liu is set to meet up with the president of Taiwan, Zhang Fu Guo, who was elected a few weeks back.

His motorcade did not move until the escort vehicles were close by, during this time, Liu did not speak a single word.

Looking out the tinted windows, he sees that Taiwan is not much different to China, yet traitors have bastardized blood!

He looked invisibly through the bulletproof windows of his limousine, faces, Chinese faces, as he heads towards the destination. Faces of men, women, children, some old, some young. A real mixed bag, some faces smiled and shouted as a fellow nationalist travels among them on a road build by their Chinese hands. Others were defiant and scruffy, not like men but like dogs, the Japanese dogs that they are! Those faces shouted slogans of hate and threats of his removal.

Liu looked down at his uniform again, just checking his appearance.

The driveway to the Presidential Palace was empty as the Sinoese motorcade drove towards it. Despite the tinted windows on the car, many nearby reporters in the designated press area photographed the car.

The Sinoese motorcade had passed many civilians on the way here from the airport. The visit was very controversial and many of the pro-independence believers had condemned him for setting it up. He only hoped that none of the protesters had offended Liu.

A young woman waited near the red carpet for his arrival. She would escort Liu until he met up with Zhang.

As Liu's motorcade began to move down the road. You can see anti Sino activists protesting and shouting. You can actually see one of the drivers did a thumbs up gesture to the activists, they gave him the other one.

On the other hand, many Sino lovers including Sinoese themselves cheered them on. Flags waved and it was such a remarkable evening.
Sino

"Any minute now..." Liu's mind ponders as the motorcade slows down, grinding almost to a halt, just outside the presidential palace. He waits for the chauffer to open his door, his hand was over the holster.

The man at the desk handed it to a man in the corner, who then ran it over to a small apartment complex in _Taipei. He knocked on the door, and handed it to the man who answered, after having been given a secret password.

That night, some workmen in the confrence room inserted some small, almost undetectable listening devices. Two young ladies, armed with millions in cash, came, and bribed some of the guards to listen in on the confrence and report to them.

The young lady opens Liu's door and shakes hands with him. She introduces herself as Lt Colonel Yang and explains that General Zhang is waiting inside the Presidential Palace. Reporters are also frantically shooting questions at Liu.

"Taipei Times. Can you confirm or deny rumours that you ordered the extermination of Uighurs in Xinjiang?"

Behind him, the protesters unfurl a large banner of the pro-independence Chen Shui Bian.

"General Liu Tong Zhong, Supreme Commander of the ARSCF. Glad to meet you." Liu thought with interest, an Lt. Col. below thirty, that's almost beatig his record.

He looked blankly at the reporter, "Son, tell your newspaper that I ordered justice for those Chinese, Uighur or Han, killed by the Daylami dogs. Uighurs are Chinese, I don't kill my brothers."

Turning back at the motorcade, "Oh god!" his mind exclaimed, a politically hideous creature known as Chen Shui Bian was projected on a giant sized banner, lifelike as a trophy buck, the eyes stared into his, defiant for the downfall of the Taiwanese Independence cause.

"Please Excuse me, lady." Liu apologized beforehand to the Col., he quickly reached for his holster (on the waist belt), in a quick flutter of his cape, a shot of 9mm Luger rang out, piercing the banner right on Chen's forehead. The entire action lasted almost two seconds. A fast photographer may have caught a rare glimpse of his special edition QSZ-92 double action pistols with jade encrustation on the grips.

He returned to a different reporter, "Tell that dog-faced Chen that he should remain indoors and not go out to solicit whores while I'm in China Taipei!"

"Shall we continue?" Liu asks the dazed Col., still coming to terms with the advanced pistol marksmanship.

Honorable Liu Tong Zhong, your stay at Taiwan must be safe and proceeding. I warn you that our intellegence shows the Bonstockians have been buying a major shipment of listening and secretive operative devices. I believe this may be something you, respectively, cannot endure and let go of.

Some devices include listening and spying equiptment, our intellegence suggests the recording of you and Zhang Fu Guo's conversations, respectively. This information can help Bonstock develop and plan a future agression toward The Chinese States and allies. Please proceed with caution and keep sensitive messages, secretive.

"I don't exactly like this treaty's title, but one of the terms clearly states that we work towards unification and we don't have to recognise Taiwan's independence. That's very handy, my brother. Xiaguo has relieved your pressures. Hudecian troops will be pulled out of Xinjiang during this month and will be trasnported to Xiannese International Stations and also to the neighboring nations. Xinjiang will be under Xiannese authority. SInoese troops may remain in Xinjiang. However, Xiaguo does wish Sino keep the peace.

The governing capital will be Hami. Xiaguo has also reopened the railways to Xinjiang for fast transportation.

Xiannese peace forces numbering 500,000 are already in Xinjiang. Xiaguo requests Taiwanese maintain the western borders.

Sinoese forces will be maitaining the Northern border and Urumqi. Sino may still conduct his nucleur testing undergrounds, but must build a efficient water supply around the site.

Hudecia's decision to move troops into Xiaguo instead of Xinjiang is mainly their goal for the goal of obtaining the upper hand if a war started between the North and South(Korea). Hudecia's troops will be splitted up and regulated less than 15,000 per major base, 1,000 camps, and no more than 2,000 in Major cities. And less than 80,000 in Xiaguo proper(Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning)

The Xiannese populous are actually neutral on this movement but many are against the Hudecian presence in Xiaguo.

Sinoese troops in Sino will be moved from Hanhai to the Capital Taiping and will obtain a higher amount of millitary persons, 4,000.

For ARSAF Maj. Luo, this is nothing special. Protecting the interests of Sino in the air is their first priority, but wait a minute? This is something special, a cargo plane with a high risk cargo is being followed from a great distance by some scumbag Bonstocknians!

Nothing feels better for him than the throttle of his JH-15, taking flight from the deck of a carrier and soaring through the blue sky to smash some foreign fighters or bombers into thousands of tiny pieces, hopefully with the pilots inside. Command had decided that 5 of them is enough.

"Echo 1 to all units, looks we're the first to take these new Sea Tigers into action, we should be proud as we're going to be in the history books. We're due to return with no casualties as the aircraft that have infiltrated Chinese air space is believed to be some granddaddy F-15s."

"Roger, preparing RCS measure and photograph."

"Fishpaste 1 to Agent Dragon, prepare laser designation setting."

The two F-15s swooped in low, right over the ocean, and found the target. Suddenly, their RCS detectors picked up the target, and it was fed into their computers.

"Fishpaste one to base, target sacked."

"Roger. Computers confirm RCS, labelled H-8 BEAVER."

The F-15s sped over the ocean, and into international waters. After accelertating to Mach 2, they encountered the JH-15s.

"Fishpaste one to base, bogies inbound, no ID."

"Roger. Find RCS."

The men pointed the RCS designator and locked on the JH-15s. The RCS came on their computer, and was forwarded to High Command.

"Target sacked!" they said.
