The perpetrator of this heinous crime has been found and will be administered to according to out laws. However, he has accomplices. Whats more, they are from our neighbouring nation - The Incorporated States of Sealion. Though we do not know whether they were sponsored by the government of that nation, the Imperial Government has outlined its decision to go to war. The Commonwealth and State army mobilised yesterday.
We need helpers in this struggle. If your nation can give us aid, please do so with the utmost speed!

The nation of Binthor will not go to war against a nation if that nation has a chance of being innocent of a crime. I suggest you create negotiations and conduct a further investigation of your neighbor to truly see if the government is guilty. I would hardly like to go to war with another nation because extremists that happened to be from my nation attacked another nation. Please see if you can get your neighbor to help conduct a search for the assassins if the government is not involved. If you can get me proof that your neighbor's government was involved in the assassination, I will help in the attack. In the mean time, my nation can host any negotiations. Please avoid the deaths of civilians in your march to war.

I echo President Odgers' sentiments, but go further than that. I will not permit aggression against a sovereign state on an unproven allegation. I will assist you if the accusation proves accurate. I will fight against you if it is not, and you continue to pursue the matter through force of arms.
