Over the last five years, Five Civilized Nations soldiers had slowly infiltrated into Singapore through the Five Civilized Nations Embassy in Singapore. One of the largest and most opulent of the embassies, the Five Civilized Nations Embassy paved the way for the entrance of several thousand heavily-armed and well-trained Five Civilized Nations marines and army personnel to infiltrate into Singapore, preparing for the day in which Singapore would fall...
Singapore Strait--2300 hours
Slowly through the straits separating Singapore from Indonesia, a Five Civilized Nations submarine of the Wuhan Class moved. The CNSS-111 Augustus was the newest hydrogen-powered submarine of the Wuhan Class. It would seem coincidence that a Five Civilized Nations submarine would be traveling on the surface through the Singapore Strait, but this was no mere coincidence. The Five Civilized Nations was preparing for a full-scale assault upon Singapore.
Singapore--Changi International Airport--2305 hours
Within the central air terminal, a detachment of 100 Five Civilized Nations combat marines armed to the teeth exited from a brand-new 7E7-500ER of the Five Civilized Nations Dreamer Air Corporation into the main terminal. As they walked through the terminal towards the customs and immigration. The commanding officer of the attack, Lieutenant Colonel Howard Iphicles walked serenely and patiently towards the customs and immigration, mentally steeling himself for the assault.

Although the prime minister's Lee Hsien Loong's residence was surrounded by a small detachment of Singaporean marines and police officers, the fifty Five Civilized Nations marines preparing to attack were undeterred. Sneering at the so-called professionalism of the Singaporean armed forces, the Five Civilized Nations marines believed that Singapore's armed forces could be taken down easily.
At the same time, marines were also preparing to storm into the residences of the rest of Singapore's President and ministers of Parliament...

But from what I remember, Magdha's initial invasion of Singapore was I.G.N.O.R.E.D. by many nations due to improper roleplaying... Therefore, Whittier DOES NOT and NEVER controlled Singapore.
