Just wanted to make it known about a couple projects and programs going on. Details are completely withheld, this is just so that people don't scream godmod.

Project Atlantis - A network that tracks all aerial (and incidently possibly ground targets as well if directed to do so) of literally hundreds of satellites, ground waypoints, base stations throughout the world. A multi-trillion dollar project funded by old Doujin reserves and other nations interested in using the network.[Donations welcome, by the way..]

Project "Eir" - A "Switchblade" type attack/bomber craft, both SVTOL and VTOL verstions

"Project Reaver" - Reaver Class Super-Dreadnought, quite possibly what you conspiracy theorists think I have had in the works.

Project "Majestic" - New anti-shipping missile project I'm doing.

Project "Warden" - The armor project, where the new Doujin armor was developed.

Axis Nova is interested in all of these projects except the dreadnought, and would be quite willing to co-fund the research (as well as donate land for one of the ground stations for Project Atlantis).

Anyway, Doujin, if you want to upgrade your F-109s, I actually have two next generation 'switchblade' designed aircraft (F-125 Air Superiority, F-131 Multi Role) that are capable of VSTOL, and a modification could be made for VTOL.

Well... "weaponry of an inter-" I'll fill that in. -continental nature. So we now now the Doujin contains something like an SLBM or ICBM, but possibly guided.

Well its been said the Doujin will carry 10 to 12 ICBM's to return fire. While this is no where near that of a SSBN, it still gives it considerable power. Doujin, I'd like to help on a Stealth Switchblade bomber, if your not hating me to much right now? I have something like 4 Trillion in Government waste meaning 4 trillion into black book projects... ie a stealth switchblade bomber ;)

NWV Reserves total up to: $154 Billion. An initial donation of $20 Billion plus $15 Billion a year - for as long as the project is expected to last. This should tie in with economic growth estimates and not damage our economy.

Money to be wired upon acceptance.

OOC: Yes, this is an IC response to an OOC thread, but its already been discussed, so please don't whine/complain about it.

IC: The Veritasean government, in keeping with previously discussed terms, will donate $14 trillion to Project Atlantis. The funds will come from the budget surplus currently being generated by our semi-autonomous states. Furthermore, we would be interested in becoming involved with the Reaver project as well, if that is in any way possible. The money for Project Atlantis will be wired to Doujinishi accounts as soon as it is approved. Thank you.

Well Im sorry 5CN that I didn't copy every number exactly. I didn't have it open in front of me. Of course I don't always spend my government waste. It goes into Coffers so, idealy I have several trillion ready for black book projects. Doujin, I'd be willing to donate a couple trillion to the Atlantis Project as well.

It is my understanding that government waste is just that - government waste, not a surplus.

Waste is waste - money lost to corruption, re-election graft, bloated paychecks, etc. Money put into other sections of the budget is thus not waste - nor is it money to be spent on 'Black Ops'. This falls under military and black inked spending and only falls under waste if the soldiers were used to aquire the mentioned blow and hookers.

Thank you for informing me. I guess I could spare maybe a trillion or two then from my military budget.

OOC: project atalntis would be a nice addition to the OMP wouldn't it, anyway we'll write you a balnk check (but only supply a £100 check garuntee card!!!!! or maybe not) and hope we recoup some of the money through divadend payments.

We're willing to put $1trillion into poject Atlantis. This is government surplus money accumulated over a number of years.

Well, assuming the naval guns can't reach you and the guided missiles can't either, then he can always use ballistic missiles.

Or just invade with Marines.

Or shoot down every aircraft trying to enter your country, effectively blockading you (unless, of course, you are magically self-sustaining then this will slowly cause major problems to your economy).

See, being landlocked doesn't help you at all. The very first shot fired in the war in Afghanistan (a landlocked country) was fired from a submarine. Go figure...
