Gray Republic has officially declared war on Communist Rule because of an espionage mission that was discovered going on inside Grays Hill. He claims that they were rouges, but they were loyal to their homeland, as they would not devulge where they were from. So, they didn't seem to be rouge.

The glorious Grays Hillian military is being preped for war as we speak. The massive Illyeager Fleet has been activated to fight, and the Beautovamich Fleet and Teupelov Fleet have been activated to protect the waters of Grays Hill.

The Illyeager fleet has been loaded with units from the 101st Marine Infantry Brigade. Their mission is to creat an opening where more troops can be landed. The fleet is being preped and it will be prepared to leave very shortly.

A certain sub in the Illyeager fleet has been loaded with a single missile. This is no normal missile either. It is detonate within a city releasing a gas that can only be stopped by one thing. And, like a normal missile, such as a scud, it cannot be shot down with a normal SDI or SAM. And if it is somehow shot, when it explodes in the air, the gas will escape and spread even more and cause even more death that it would had it hit a single city.

Jets are already ready to take off from all carriers. Nobody, I repeat nobody will get through me alive.

Time to die. Nobody spies on Grays Hill and gets away with it.

While I appreciate your support, I'm afraid I have to turn you down. This is a private rp. Only Communist Rule and I are to be at war here.

The United Socialist States of Olvinyard will take a firm stand against the destruction of a communist state's people. If you have a quarrel with their government, leave it at that. Don't drag the workers and farmers of the world into a conflict they did not create.

If this war commences, I pledge full support of Communist Rule with two divisions of guerilla warfare units and a small privateering fleet. It may not seem like much, but the least we can do for our comrades is the most we can do for our people and our ideals.

The People of Azuna are fully prepared to support the nation of Communist Rule if the nation so wishes. The People of Azuna wholeheartedly hope that other other nations who learn of this war see it for the war-mongering invasion that it is shamelessly and openly presented as.

EDIT: OOC: Spying is a common practice employed by most nations, and is not worth starting a war over.

First things first. I request a map of your nation. I will exchange with a map of mine.

Secondly, I ask for this war to be without the use of WMDs, including, but not limited to, chemical and biological weapons. It only promises mutual destruction.

Thirdly, I demand explanation on your "missile that cannot be brought down."

Fourth, regarding the "closed" RP. My nation is set up in such a way that we have a shared radar/air defense network with the ARSB, the Armed Republic of Soviet Bloc. To not allow him in the war is effectively making me godmode.

Finally, I ask for standard Geneva Convention rules.

Also, despite this being a closed RP, as CR's ally we consider this an act of aggression, and will therefore stand by him.

People just don't listen any more. Okay, include ASRB, but noone else! Its a PRIVATE RP!

He's literally "nextdoor" and he shares a huge military installation in my nation, as well as radar/air coverage. If he was not included it would be shameful.

As an ally of the USSCR's, we state our full support behind Communist Rule. An attack on him is an attack on us.

One other thing, the ARSB maintains a fairly large military base within the USSCR (with smaller branch 'positions') meaning ARSB soldiers and aircraft will assist in the defense of the nation.

I have sent you a copy of my map, and I have recieved yours. The "missile" is a new form of WMD I have developed, and since you wish for this to be a WMD free war, it shall be so.

But the matter with Soviet Bloc...I understand that he has a base in your nation. That doesnt mean anything. Even though that base is part of your defense, this is a private rp and its one on one, and so it shall stay.

As the defender I have exclusive rights to decide if this battle's parameters is to my liking.

He is in my nation for the sole purpose of defending my soil. He would push you back to the water's with ONLY the units in my country and stop at my border. If you kill his units it is not an act of war, as the treaty defines political seperation between his government and his troops.

This is a private RP. A one on one war. I have every right to ignore your troops if they fire on me.

And as the defender I have the ability to find that these conditions are not to my liking and simply ignore the conflict. I do not like to do that, but for your not to recognize his military installations DESIGNED to soley defend my soil is atrocious.

Kremlin, Politburo Meeting Room

"This is INSANITY!" yelled Premier Lobonsky as he slammed his fist onto the polished table, "WE ARE BEING ATTACKED FOR THE ACTIONS OF A ROGUE TERRORISTS!"

"Calm yourself, Josef Vissarionovich," cooed the Minister of Defense Dmitriy Filitov, "This is an opportunity for us to crush those damned capitalists that have for so long oppressed the world. The man is a fool for attacking and he shall be sorry he has."

The Premier placed his hands on the table, lowered his head and calmed himself. When he looked up he was staring into the eyes of his Minister of Foreign Affairs, "We will acknowledge the declaration of war and declare war ourselves. We shall put out the announcement immediately, and state further that the capitalist nation is attacking purely out of the hate of Communism, an imperialist," he sighed, looking to his minister of Agriculture, "Pavlov Igorovich, tell me, do we have the resources to commit to this war?"

The young Party candidate was delighted for his chance to report good news, "Comrade Premier, we have oil to last us for approximately 1 year of military action, with no drain on civillian or reserve oil. Our food situation is excellent. The communal farms being divided into private plots have increased threefold already."

Filitov felt time to pipe up praising his own branch, "Defenses are at peak condition, crews already associated with the new technology we have purchased these past years. Morale is high with anticipation of defending the Motherland."

The wise Premier turned to the old man sitting to the right of the table, "Aleksander Ivanovich, you will put out a warning to civilians giving suggestions for staying safe in the war. You will warn against going up in arms themselves."

The fat Minister of Internal Affairs nodded, his double chin wiggling as he did so, "Da, comrade Premier."

The Premier looked up, a signal that he was open to speaking. The Defense Minister jumped at the chance, opening his briefcase and standing. He took out his handkerchief, whiping at his brow.

"Comrade Premier, I will arrange from the fortification of essential civilian structures, including hospitals, power plants, water treatment and pumping stations, and schools among other things. We will initiate the defensive plan Cold November."

The Naval liason behind the Defense Minister understood it was his time to talk, "Comrade Premier, and members of the Politburo, the North Atlantic fleet has been dispatched and put on full alert. At this moment we have Fast Attack Fleet 3 and 2 patrolling the Central Atlantic. Our comrades in the Air Force are beginning flights of recon. aircraft followed by supersonic bombers equipped with missiles."

Silently the Air Force liason nodded in the background.

The Premier nodded curtly, worried for the state of his people and nation, "Members of the Politburo, at this moment we will be moving towards the secure location formerly the site of the International Research Laboratory. Inform your aides of your duties should they need to be completed after you leave. I expect everyone to arrive within 3 hours.

The fate of the nation, the fate of your people, depend on us. We will not go passively. We will fight with passion for the Motherland. We will not capitulate."

1) The weapon can be shot down, its just very unlikely that it will get shot down. Thats all I will say on this because it is a top secret WMD.

2) I could have easily crushed him. I have more WMD in my military than a lot of people have soldiers in their entire military.

The Director of the KGB turned, almost about to enter his chauffered car, "Da, cormade Premier?"

"In this time of war we need three things from you. First, we must ask you to search for any spies in our military," the Premier spoke with rushed words, as the time was coming neigh to run to the hills, "Secondly, find their fleets. If we find them, we can strike them before they get close. Last, I want you to gather as much intelligence on their system as possible. We have an unlimited supply of allies willing to offer us equipment. If we can purchase a straw that will break their back, we will."

"I understand, comrade."

"Stay well, Nikita Iosefovich."
