The Republic of Xiang Gang, in a search for a way to apprehend suspects who escape the arm of the law through international borders proposes the creation of an International Police Union "InterPolU". This would apprehend suspects who have fled one country in the union to another in the union on the presentation of a court warrant to the police force of the nation in which he was detained. This would also allow the establishment of an "International Wanted List" which would help in the apprehention of suspects so that due process can occur.
