Jackson City, Belecus
Premier Peter Allen laughed when he saw the new map. Just recently, the colonial nation had aquired the Jefferson Colony, which was now a territorial piece of Belecus. Smiling, he drew with his finger across the map, "Oh how these foolish people think they can stop the great army."
Looking to the West of Belecus, he slammed his fist down. It had been a small time since the first war. Now, the nation was much much more powerful, and much more established. It would be in an even better position for the next war.
Along the RomeW - Belecus Border
For a few days now, troops had been ammassing along the border. Encamped all across the landscape, some 1 Million Troops were preparing, being prepped at the last minute by the Generals and leaders of the great army. After several minutes of speech, a loud cry came from the mass of soldiers. They were fierce, and ready for the next battle. Bloodthirsty from the last war, and coupled with the success of the last, Belecus was sure to come out on top.
As the convoys roared to life, the mass of soldiers and troops crossed the border into the Roman Claim. Under their mighty boots, they would conquer...

As you would already know, we have begun the official invasion of your territory. As you also know, we have first rights to this land you claim to be your own. As the first settlers, as the discovering nation of this landmass, we ought to have the first rights. Therefore we are offering you a treaty of comprimisation.
We understand that your intentions to colonise were there to make diplomatic contact with the Lands of Alex, therefore we offer you a diplomatic deal before blood is shed on the Roman Lands.
--------------------------------
Roman - Belecus Treaty of Comprimisation
1. Roman Land to be given to Belecus
2. Belecus to pay TWICE the worth of the land as payment to the Roman Government
3. Romans to keep a small piece of land the size of the Miratha Claim (OOC: See New Map Link HERE (http://www.freewebs.com/colonymaps/newmap.htm))
---------------------------------
If the treaty is not accepted, the Roman Lands WILL be aquired, with or without bloodshed.
