Presidente Matt Angelo, the first Commarchist Presidente, has been known as the only President, Dictator, or Presidente not be married before comming to office.
Although it is not unknown that the Presidente and Councilari Angelo have had "meetings" together more than ever lately, this televised program, which ran on almost every diplomat's television or internet video system in the world, and also on CSPAN programs. As trillions watched as the history of Truitt, and the changing of two people's lives changed forever, the term "Clear and Present Danger" still arrises to mind.

International Meeting for Sparty Island Oil Agreement
The meeting was about half way through, and Presidente Matthew Ryan Angelo sat at the middle of the council like table. The meeting was for a contract iwth some twenty nations to sell oil from the Truitti Sparty Island Terrortories, a major oil producing island chain.
Councilari Angelo, Kelly Durman, was by his left side, acting as a secound Vice Presidente as the job title says, and the Affario, James Conners, is to his right. As the minister of Dragoonian steps up about to ask about some platform off of the coast of Emerald Island, Matt Angelo quickly and swiftly drops to his knees, and bows his head, as in Truitti custom. The redwood table is very small, of that of a Chinese comparasain, so everyone could see the propossal. Just then, everyone standing sat back down, although only the Truitti political officals bowed thier heads also, in respect to the new bride. Backtaken, she openned her green eyes wide, even though her reddish glowing hair was in her left eye, obviously erritating her.
"Kelly, we have been together before I even thought Canada would invade us one day-" at that one comment, which was often a joke becouse Canada was the term for any northern Right-Winged Capitalist nation, and the Presidente often made jokes about it, three times, almost resulting in a massive conflect. "-yehh, ermm, I dono how to say this, but we have ran the whole nation together, and have talked about running a family, and you said a few nights ago that if it I asked you, you would marry me. Well, I am keeping you to it," he said smilling, looking up, just as all the other Truitti's kept thier heads down. Obviously ammused by his last comment, he said very faintly, "Yehh-" and right then, he flew up and gave her a kiss and a large hug. Althoguh no one could even see that he dropped the ring out of his pocket, which it was custom not to show the ring untill after the desicion is made. The whole room started in an uproar of different moods.
"So, you desided to ask me to marry you in front of the world? Well Mr. Presidente, that si a good way to use your powers," she said once they let go of each other, her red hair now out of her watery green eyes, "Well Councilari Angelo, it looks like I did use my powers for something other than jokes," and with that, they sat back down, not even carring what the other diplomats had to think, which constant uproars such as "A damn mockery!" and "Oww, when is the wedding?" started to come, so mixed up, that the Truitti Officals, once taking up thier heads, started to calm the crowd of mixed nationality figures, and one Truitti had to pull out an issued M84 and firred it into the roof, which everyone but the new couple knew who firred of which, the Presidente grabbed his new wife and forced both of them onto the floor under the table, forcing himself infront of her.
The whole room went quiet, thinking the Presidente was shot, and when he rose, along with his Councilari, they continued thier meeting on the oil agreement.

International Telgram via International Forums
The Commarchist Nation of Truitt offically would like to invite all international parties (with exception of The Great Autocracy Majesto) to the holy wedding between Presidente Matthew R. Angelo and Councilari Angelo, Kelly Angelo. They will be having thier wedding on Kelly's Birthday, which is the July 24.
Body Guards and Armed Servicemen however are not allowed, but be assured, the wedding will appear to be a High Security Navy Base, over looking the Atlantic ocean in Portshire, Windsong Providence, Truitt (Advirtisement: One of the World's Most Beutiful Beaches).

We thank you for yoru time, and may the newly founded Angelo family grow to new heights!

TWO DAYS LATER

Admist the resent events from the Presidente's propossal, a newly constructed and action-cleared Portshire SSN started its first patrol through the south of Truitt, off the coast of Portshire, where it was just sent out on its first mission: Carrier Escort. The TNS Liberator of the 1st Liberator Fleet, already being escorted by three other submarines, Incence SSKs since it is mainly a coastal movement, was about a few hundred miles west. As the Capiton gave the order for "Silent Cruise", or heading at the cruise speed that was silent and safe, roughly 30 knots, the submarine accelerated. The first Portshire-Class SSN, and already in a major escort mission. The Capiton was proud of his crew, all being form the origanal chosen except for the Sonar Operators, which two were lost durring an excedent with a drunk driver, so only four of the origanal six were in the room.
The Capiton was standing, as usual, by the Lead Sonar Operator (LSO) and Service Command Operator (SCO). His crew always acted in unity, and never screwed up, even on thier first run, or the "critical" run with the engines operating.
They were going still at the steady 30kt cruise until the LSO said to the Capiton, "Sir, I think we got something exactly to our nose, seems to be running hot, very noisy, a few hundred meters away, very very noisey, maybe a Romeo," he said, holding his head-set to his ears. Everyone else except for two started to turn thier Signal Vector Knobs to the nose of the image of a submarine behind the dial. They started to hear, then one said "It is a Romeo, very hot, trying to get somewhere quick, like it fell behind," as he finished, he turnned to the Navigation Commanders, "Where is the Liberator supposed to be?", noticing the situation, both of them started to scroll through everything, and then the one which was spoken to said, "about half a kilo out sir if it was running below cruise,". Noticing that the Romeo was probably heading to the fleet, which was just out of Truitti Coastal Borders, he ordered a full warnning to the crew, "All men to battlestations.". As he put back up the reciver, the Satkey Officer gave him a print-out from the Satellite Key-Point Computer which was linked up to the ten ERIC Satellites that helped in navigation of virtually everything in Truitt. It showed that the Liberator had some troubles with hitting a whale that attempted to surface below the Liberator, and it caused a big misunderstanding that a friendly was an emeny and that they attempted a torpedo fire and it did not activate, so some blue-on-blue fire took place, and the Seawolf SSN was damaged heavily and had to retreat to a nearby port. Reading this, the Capiton knew that the Romeo was taking granted of the situation of being one submarine down, and was going to take its chances, although seven SSMs would barely scar the hull of a Liberator, it seemed like it was an objective.
The order was given for full out acceleration and to bring in the tow array that was deployed earlier when they left the bay. The Capiton soon gave the order to launch five Noise-makers to try to get the Romeo a little spooked or attempt to turn and attack the Portshire. Knowing this action could cuase his whole crews life, it was top priority to protect any and all Liberators in the area. Soon, he gave the order to launch one 650mm "Gamix" Torpedo blindly at where the Romeo was heard from, and soon gave off two more noisemakers while still bursting a neckbreaking 34knots. Soon, as it seemed that the Romeo was still charging, the order was given to surface and alert the Liberator and the two other SSNs. As they surfaced, they found it a little strainning, and ti was like they came up on a small net or something.
The Capiton gave the order for armed personel to head to the main bridge, and he followed them, with his own Golden M84 Beretta issued to all Capitons and Generalis in Truitt. He then openned the hatch, and it would barel yopen becouse it was cuaght in some net, all metal, but bendable. He looked around, and saw nothing. He looked around, and the whole submarine was covered in the net, including the rear and nose, all the way into the ocean.
The Bridge Commander, which also played the role as Co-Capiton, came up. "Sir, we have the Romeo comming straight to us, and the Torpedo Room is saying that the Noisemakers as activating right outside of the tube's doors, they think there is something stopping them and-" he said, just as he noticed the netting covering the whole ship. "What the hell..." he said firmly looking aorund, the Capiton was trying despretly to hold the hatch up, mainly becouse the netting had to weight in the hundreds. As his arms were about to give in, he tould everyone to get back into the hull-bridge and alert the engine room and weapons bays not to do any activity.
The netting seemed to have some odd effect becouse it was from the Systems Operator "Reciving our Transmissions" when they tried to send out any messages to the Liberator or any other ship in the area. The Portshire was about this time at a full stop, not even moving, although its screws were trying to meet a 5kt speed. Then, out of no where from the Noisemakers luanched into the netting finally calmming down, a sound was heard over Sonar. Five Romeos, all right next to them, about 20ft away each, and one was comming from the north.
The Capiton finally figured what had happened, it was a trap, and somehow, they had stopped them from protecting the Liberator. From a small faint sound, a person called from above deck, "All crew members are to surrender themselves admediatly. Leave any and all arms and weapons in the hull.". The Capiton looked at everyone in the room. By now, even those not in the shift, were awake and ready for anything. "We can not go down with out a fight," he said walking over to the door, which was openned. He closed the door, and hit the wall with his fist. Holding his now red and throbing nuckle, the wall openned, as if a small soor. He pulled out a submachine gun, more than likely a THSR like design. He locked its bolt back, and checked the magezine to make sure it was loaded. "Everyone who has any form of a propelled firearm, report to the hull-bridge." he hooked back up the phone, after hearing himself throughout the hull, and openned back every door, including that to the hatch. One door, the top hatch door, seperated the first crew of the Portshire SSN of five crews of unknown nationality. The Capiton was not leaving his new ship with out a fight.

Before the Portshire left Portshire's Harbor

"Sir, we have confirmation on five Romeos and two Kilos incomming from south, we have contacted them, and they say they are just passing by," NavAr (Navigation via RADAR) Controller George Siesestel said looking up at the Capiton of the TNS Commarchy, the Liberator CUH heading to the west, it already had three Seawolf SSNs escorting it, and it was also taken under the escort briefing that the Porshire was to join in to give it something to do while it went to Straight Harbor, Ruby Island. "Alright, just along they stay out. What is the information on the Portshire?" he asked the NavAR, "Just exited out of the harbor, they are heading at a full cruise, thirty knots, straight torwards us," he said, referring from memory, "Finally, well, we might as well lower out-going aircraft now since we have added support, say by five per sector?" the Capiton said sitting down in his chair on the bridge. Just then, out of no where, a small bump was felt and heard, and everyone got in a panic. "Sir, we have one submarine, large, SSN more than likely, twelve feet from our safety zone, it might have attepted silent launch and it did not activate," a person over the transmitter said after about half a minute of mass confusion. "Fire the Vulix at it, alert the escorts and fighters!" he yeleld back, having the NavAr with the transmitter on the "ON" possition. A loud series of automatic bursts was heard from one or two of the five 300mm Vulix Cannons. Just then form over the communicator, right after the cannons stopped almost admediatly, said "Sir, we got blue on blue, one of our escorts was targetted and firred at, heavily damaged." from that, he looked down, they should have attempted to identify the problem instead of guess, but what they were carring could not even be seen by anyone but five of those onboard. "Is the hull in prime?" the Capiton asked. "Yessir, it was a piece of dribis, seemed like a dead whale for a secound, nothing major, seems to be part of the TNS Rightchess sir," the NavAR said. The TNS Rightchiss was a Horizan Class Destroyer destroyed a few days ago by a trainning mission gone bad when a mix up in communications started a blue on blue navy battle, leaving the other Horizan Destroy unmovable until crews came to repair and tow the weakend ship. "Well, when the Portshire surfaces, try to send them a message to high tail it, we are now one down, and we need one to replace it soon," the Capiton said, sitting down agian, but more tensed and less relaxed.

[On-Board the SSN Portshire]
The Capiton stands there, with his sub-machine gun, while every officer and some crewmen have hand guns. A total of twenty in all, not much agenst five subs.

The Capiton says right before he opens the hatch, "Alright, I'll go out first since I got the heavy support. After I get out there, I want a constant flow out, as fast as you all can. We were trainned for something like this, lets make sure it counts. David, your in command," he said. All the men loaded thier guns, when Co-Caption David Shurman acknowledged.

The Capiton slowly pushed up the hatch, to make the men think that they were unarmed. He then jumepd out, a good thign about Truitti Submarines, they had a small leveling right before the edge of the hatch. He started firring at what he saw, figures, while bent around the cowling of the main bridge section. He heard a few yells, and by the time he found himself firring more in the air than the figures, seven more men arms with pistols, most Berreta and Eagle like designs, started to fire, with amrksmen accuracy, taking by one.

One of the men rised up too high and got his shoulder shot, he fell and hit his head on the cowling, and was knocked out. The push was doing good, they only had a few men with guns, obviously a not-so armed nation, using Kilo and Romeos to the Capiton's surprise of thinking ti was Romeos only.

After he shot his third man, all three having hand guns, he got his gun's barrle shot, and it flew, ebing a light sub-machine, and it bent his fingers. One man gave him a pistol, "Here sir, I have one and a backup,". The man smilled as he aimmed and took out an other hostile. It was a surprise that some thirteen men could fit up in the cowling, it nto being designed to be a small bunker, ti was proving good, althoguh it now had dents and the acustic absorbant material was flying all over from the unknown figures not having good accuracy.

The Capiton looked around, he didn't notice the net was gone until his sub-machine gun flew into the heavens and into the sea. "Tell the engien room to prepair for depth-charge!" he yeleld below as he yelled at everyone to head into the bridge except for himself and the man who gave him the hand gun. They all funneled in, and the Portshire started to move! The violent waves started agian along the front and sides, no longer being still. The Capiton firred one more round, and pulled the man down with him before pulling the hatch down and securing it.

"I want Five Hundred feet in two minutes, now!" he yeleld as he got to the main bridge and called the engine room. "Sir, does this mean shift the weight and shaft pipes?" the engine room's operator asked. "Yes, now, admediatly, don't do a damn precheck, we need a full depth-charge now, admediatly! I want the 533mm tubes filled with Mk 48s and the 650mm tubes fileld with Torped Counter-measures!" at5 that, he still stood, very tensed. "Yessir, torpedo rooms are requesting to have a 533mm tube with a Countermeasure sir," he looekd at the man, " Confirmed, we want both protection and everythign, get the Liberator ont eh line, and tell them our problem!" he said as he took off from the Bridge to the engine room wondering why they havn't started thier depth-charge yet. He soon found out when the whole submarine blew into alert and red lights. He was in a bunker room when the nose dived into a 45 degree angle and engine roared. His ears started to pop as he let off his balance to fly back to the bridge with nhsi shoes as a snowboard. he dodges someone who was holding onto a door knob, almost making a whole lot of sound. Sound he though. As he got to the bridge, everyone was holding on, "We need apsolute silence, admediatly!" said sometly but loudly as the Connector-Director said over the Transmitter "Complete Vocal Shutdown!".

"Sir, we have tubes flooding at our 5 o'clock, barring one three five point five zero one, sir!" yelled the lead SONAR Operator.

[120ft below sea's surface]
The Portshire was making now a complete 50 degree angled dive, its one rear tube, was already loaded with five "Noisemaker" countermeasures, launced two. Obviously the Kilo (it was confirmed a Kilo by Sonar) did not have TOW torpedoes, and they took the bait. The Portshire was now takign a full 13 feet per minute desend, and the whole crew was holding on. The control room even said a few curses over the telecom, and although it was quiet, the sound of the five other subs were heard. "We need to slowly pull up, I need someone to get to the engine room and tell them to even out and hit a slow cruise fo two knots near the floor," the Capiton said to the Deck Officer. The Officer acknowledged, and slowly made his way up the shiney and slippery deck.
About a few minutes passed then the Co-Sonar Operator said quietly to the Capition "Sir, we have a noisy sub, a Romeo obviously, right up our tail, about half a mile away. I don't think ti knows we are here." at that, the Capiton thought of something. "Release a sea-jumper in his direction," he said looking at him and the other four Sonar Operators. A Sea-Jumper was Lingo for Sending the Sonar waves at the bottom of the ocean floor to the bottom of the target. It would cuase a ricashay, and make the submarine think it is behind him if set at the right angle, if set wrong, it could say to hsi right, or even right in front. "Sir, I don't think I can do it," the lead Sonar Officer said just as he felt the submarine level, the Deck-Officer got to the engine room. "I can do it, but I will need some time of being completly still, and he can not change his speed," one fo the Sonar Operators said, he was a Petty Officer, the Lowest-Ranked man at the Sonar. Trust, was always the Capiton's best way of agreement, not paper and ink, or rankings and badges. "Alright, get someone else to the engine room as fast as you can, and silently. Tell them to come to a complete stop, keep the engiens burnning, we don't want them calapsing." the Capiton said. A nuclear Reactor could sometimes calapse, or stop working, causing a meltdown if they were turnned off to suddenly, and even then, the submarine could only spend abotu ten minutes at 0 knots with out a collapse.
After a few more minutes, the Sonar operator said "Alright, you four check the Romeo, and tell me his exact location when I ask," he said silently as softly as possable. A small creack was heard, the Romeo was closer than though, or a whale just went by.
An other five minutes passed, and fomr total silence, he said "Now," very softly. The Lead Sonar Operator then said "Alpha Bravo Two two Foxtrot Seven." very fast, btu also whispery. Admediatly, the Sonarman pushed in the codes very fast, with a click-clack of the keyboard, and then a massive burst of sound was heard that busted everyone's ears.
The Romeo's engines went crazy. "He is filling his tubes, engines blarring, the sonar gave us off!" the man that was working the Sea-Jumper said. "He thinks we are however two inches from our exact possition..." looking at hsi map, "Well, that isn't enough," then the Capiton grabbed the transmitter, "Engine Room, Bridge, I want full thrust possitive, and full control at a slight one foot per minute climb, I want to take this baby to her proving grounds, we can out run a romeo," he said, just as he hung up, not waiting for confirmation. He then picked it up agian and said "Torpedo Room, I want you all ready for firring, open tubes one and four, keep two and three on stand by, while five and six are prepped for full alucnh for tube securment, ready in all respects," after that, meanning have all the tubes for the worste, the submarine gave a small jump, it hit a rock or somethign, and it started to accelerate.
"Sir, the torpedoes are launched, they sound to be old Gusters sir, they are not within range," as this said, the Capiton still said, "Still, full possitive momement, and I want the respects in the war room complete by the time that torpedo burns out!" Just then, as he was looking over, the Sonar was set to active once they took off, the four others were seen, three form the right and one from the left, they were trying to sweep him out. "Sir, I got three tubes filling with water, all from left, and one filling from the right. I also have a torpedo, it has hit water, from the rear and two form left, sir, suggest countermeasures!"
The Portshire gives a tight lurch, and five countermeasures are heard, not enough.
