A new dawn
As the mist clears in the wake of another bloody civil war a new nation is formed. A nation of economicly minded intelectual liberals. A nation where the rich are tethered and the poor are given a chance. Few people care about the spiritual country Narklos, but the leaders intend to make the country great, not necessarily by conquest, but by fair trade and political freedom.
The question is, Will they succede?

No way. You'll either become a socialistic government with a behemoth government that can't support itself like many European nations, or a Soviet style dictatorship or a complete economic Basket Case or you'll become a corrupt government or some or all of the above.

we do not mean to punish. And i apologise that our announcemens definately implies that, to provide the poorer with a maximum chance to gain in status we need to provide more help. By tethered i mean the rich are taxed a slightly higher percent (and their contribution is regarded quite highly) and that they are restricted in certain traiding practices, (wages, use.nissuse of
employees etc).
We simply believe that the working man is as important as the busines man.
