I, President Seth Hunter of the newly independent nation of East Verona would like to welcome nations the world over to establish diplomatic relations with our peaceful nation. Although security is still a bit lacking, seeing how we just gained independence from our mother country, we are working hard, along with our military and security forces to quell the insurgency.

Prime Minister Anthony London is taking reservations for ambassadors who wish to visit our nation.

May I first welcome you to the grand assembly of nations. And may I also say that, unlike many, your first post is thoughtful and you don't attack anyone. Now onto business. The Federation of Morathania would like to open up diplomatic relations with your new country. May you prosper as a nation and we would like to extend a warm hello to your nation.

The Armed Republic of Ketosis would like to build an embassy in your nation. we also invite your nation to build an embassy in katosis. we are small right now, but are looking to make friends with other friendly nations.

You're warm hello is greatly appreciated by East Verona. You may send your ambassadors at your earliest convenience, and we will greet them with open arms. Our airports are secure, and our harbors, should you wish to travel by ship, will be escorted by a convoy to ensure save arrival to the port of La Habana, on our southern shore.

As always, we recommend you send any diplomats with a security escort, seeing as our present national security status is in dissaray following the revolution. Be also advised not to travel into the countryside, where police have had a hard time stopping militant attacks upon government forces.

Any troops or police you could send to assist us would be greatly appreciated. However, since our revolution, our nation is too vast to patrol the entire countryside until we grow a bit more. I will be sending some diplomats to your nation to establish relations, and you should do the same. We will not force any nation to assist us in our national security matters, but if you wish, any help will be greatly accepted.

A force of 15,000 Morathanians will be dispatched to your nation to conduct security and anti-terrorism efforts or whatever you need them for. Diplomats will be sent immediately.

I am just doing it so my so-called elite IIRRAAQQII Troops (i have puppets) needs some experience. So that we can be stronger. A comfy nation is great, but your troops need experience.

I will definately send diplomats to discuss a whole variety of issues with your country. If my diplomats are attacked, i will dispatch enough military that the countryside will look too populated.

Any nation who wishes to send in advisors, troops or anything to assist us will be greatly appreciated, and will gain an important ally in East Verona, once our nation becomes stronger.

It may be possible to provide transport for your troops, however, by ship would be the easiest way. With your authorization, we can send our naval forces to pick up and transport at least 25,000 of your troops to La Habana, to work hand in hand with EVA troops.

We too the poeple of Provistuk know too well what it's like seperating from another country as we did to the deceased nation of Jorab, we moved to the northern wastes away from opression. So I King Joshua I would love to visit your great nation.

25,000? Si! I authorize this. 25,000 IIRRAAQQII Troops will be deployed to the coast to board your ship. We want to purchase transportation planes and ships, but that's one thing we lack.

Our carrier needs to stay put on my coast. And my airport (i don't think) could transport 100,000 troops. CAN. But what if we are shot at? The planes are weak. I want to purhase many transportation things.

You can arrive on the port city of Trieste to pick up my troops.

Ambassador Che Coolini was appointed to East Verona. He requested protection of 100 IIRRAAQQII GUARDS (IG). It is alot, but we said Si due to your security issues.

We will also exchange embassies in the future. TG at anytime.

as a show of faith towards our new allies, we can send you a small police task force of 50 men. we wish it could be more, but at this time it is all we can spare. i hope that it helps

Is anyone willing to sell me transportation for my military? Cargo planes are good. Cargo ships are also good. Whatever gets me from A to B. Some info on the product as well. I'm willing to deploy 1,000,000 troop instead of 25,000 if we get transportation. Only one reason why we'd lose a good war...LOGISTICS!

Letter from the desk of Vice President John Angle:

On behalf of the President, Prime Minister and myself, I am pleased to invite all nations to establish cultural ties with East Verona, and will be sending a delegation to each of the following countries:

IIRRAAQQII
Morathania
Ketosis
Vastiva
Provistuk

Additional delegations will be sent to Roach-Busters and Knight of the Round at a later time. All those countries named are invited to establish ties with East Verona at any time they deem fit, whether security reasons or previous engagements.

Also, in response to Ketosis, if you cannot spare even those 50 men, do not worry. I am sure combined forces of IIRRAAQQII, Morathania and our own security will be enough to quell this insurgency. Should the need arise however, we may request assistance, but the President does not see that currently.

Speaking on behalf of the Archduke and of all the citizens of the Grand Duchy of Monte Ozarka, I would much like to extend the hand of friendship to East Verona.

As such, we would gladly exchange embassies. We welcome a representative of East Verona to set up an embassy in our capital city Reisz. If you are to accept the only restrictions placed on this embassy are:
1) It shall not harbor any sort of large ordnance. ("Large ordnance" shall include WMD's, surface-to-surface missiles, smart bombs, bombs of yield greater than 5 tons, fighter/bomber/strike aircraft, MBT's, and field or mobile artillery.)
2) The total guard detail personnel must not exceed the number of 75.
3) No permanent weapon emplacement with a direct line of fire into territory not within the embassy will be erected within 100 feet of any street.

President Hunter and Prime Minister London are discussing plans with other cabinet members about insurgent strikes, which I am sure you have heard have been rocking New Trabia, and they will not be able to answer in a timely fashion.
