OOC: (Open Thread) As explained in the thread CM made about IG Virus Proliferation, NWV Government lost contact 2nd largest Science facility underneath Athens.
Early Strike Groups where ordered to retreat but reported seeing 'zombified creatures', with 'great resistance to bullets'.
Binthor, Communist Missisippi and My own Government have donated Strike Teams to lay a tactical Nuclear Weapon in middle of the facility.
All Strike Teams are currently in position, At North, Northwest, South, Southeast and East entrances.
The order to go will be declared soon.

Corporal Spiros Louis, in coordination with the Binthorian and Communist Mississipi Squadrons, was preparing to enter the Southern Entrance of the facility. The one reported to have the most resistance. The area looked dark and unwelcoming, all around the buzz of disconnected electricity and lights that kept jittering on and off unnerved him. This was like no other operation he had ever experienced, and he was a veteran of the Tyranis - Irasland Wars. He looked at his watch, nodded to the engineer from the Communist Mississipi Squadron and prepared for the charge to be lit that would blow open the doors. All around him his squadron members from the 2 NWV Units assigned to this entrance readied thier XM29's and prepared for one long battle against hell.

Boom!

The factory like doors swang open, and infrared dots and rifle attached torches dotted about the emptiness. No resistance yet, Corporal Louis gave the order to advance....

The ITATSO operatives are in position. They carry their regular weapons, P90s, while some have grenade lauchers, LAWs, or M-99 anti-material sniper rifles. There are also 2 three-man crews with a Vulcan 8000 rpm fire rate.

OOC: Say for the sake of RP that they are working in coordinance with my teams mentioned in the above threads. Could you also continue the RP?

(I stated this in CM's thread) Trekys has sent 1 Special Marines Force (25 guys) to NWV to aide in the destruction of the bunker. They carry m4's as well as 45 caliber pistols and an array of grenades. They are under ur command President Adolf Hitler II, use them wisely, as their the best trianed marines in all of Trekys. (i'll rp my guys if ya want, just give us orders)

Private Jose Carlos quickly followed the team through the doors. He readied his P90 and followed ordinary procedures for clearing a room. He then stood back and watched the officer from NWV.

Jose followed the orders to advance and got behind a veteran from his ITATSO team. They moved toward a side door. They heard nothing.

"Carlos! Open and clear! Go!"

Jose quickly opened the door. His team filed behind him into the small room.

What they saw sickened them. There were 3 dead bodies just sitting there, mutilated. Huge chunks of skin were just missing. Blood covered the whole room and bullet casings littered the floor.

"My God! What happened here," Carlos exclaimed.

"I don't know, but whatever did this is not something to mess with. It looks like something out of a horror film. Keep your guard up. I don't want to lose any operatives in this hole." The captain of the team stated.

"Halt," came the order to Private Carlos, "Stay back, these things can see in the dark."

Corporal Louis gave the order for the Trekys Squadron to take the frontline, along with the EOKA NWV Squadrons, One of The Binthorian Squadrons was ordered to hold thier ground and secure the area while the Trekys and NWV Squadrons and the rest of the Binthorian Squad was ordered to advance.

The Office area they where in didn't get any lighter. All around them the flickering lights where being replaced with lights that didn't emit anything at all. All the while they were aware of the dull hum of generators, and the strewn papers all across the ground, Corporal Louis picked up one of the papers, part of a research file which was studying the effects of the virus upon animals up to a specific time. It read: "Dangers of using too much quantity of the Virus on a single specimen" and went on to describe the quick tranformation into zombie form if too much was used, and that this was not good for research purposes.

The Squadrons continued through the darkened office complex, all the while being acutely aware of the fact that Zombies could pounce at any moment.

They continued through a small narrow corridor, where a room at the other end was emmitting a strange green glow.

"Take the right" Corporal Louis told his 4 Squadron Members, who approached the door from the right side of the corridor.

The others pressed on, shining thier torches to reveal small specks of blood leading up to the room.

The room itself was a smaller but single office, probably for the manager of this particular part of the facility. One of the Privates let out a scream and fell back as his torch fell on a corner of the office with a small decapitated scientists body lying in it.

Corporal Louis checked his pulse. "Dead." he said in a monotone "Nobody could survive down here, they were all doomed. Ok lets continue."

The Squads followed his orders to exit the office, and continue through an industrial like tunnel. "Not much further now" Corporal Louis said to the Squad member carrying the Suitcase Nuke. "Just through this tunnel and we are in the centre of the facility." But behind them, the dead scientist was starting to rise.

The SMF group was behind the rest of the squad, and the cpatian saw it riseing. He scremed Continue moving, place that bomb, we'll hold off any zombies we see with that, the Trekys squad moved in and bgan to shoot at the zombie...

Captian Greg Blanc wished he hadn't told the rest of the group to go on, after his group killed the zombie, 6 more came out of no where, he lost 2 men before he relized wat happened. Instead of letting the men become zombies, he shot them both in the head as they were being dragged away, he then thought to himself Damn, those were my best sharpshooters he then turned around and noticed a few zombies coming down an adjacent hall, he screamed FIRE IN THE HOLE and thru a grenade down the hall, moment later it exploded sending shards of human remains in every direction. His group was winning, but he doesn't know how much longer they can hold out.

The news reached The Corporal's ear via intercom that a Trekys squadron had come under attack. Up until now he had...

"Behind you!"

The Corporal wheeled his gun around and saw the groteque figure of the 'dead' scientist. He opened up a full XM29 cartridge on it and watched it fall to the ground. The other squadron members unloaded thier cartrdiges just to make sure.

"Right, have you finished wiring that thing?" The Corporal said to the Engineer wiring the Nuke. "Because I want to get out of this place!"

"Its nearly done, just need to reroute the timer to the Nukes power supply and the.. Ah, its done. Timer activated for 20 Minutes, we need to get out, and quick."

The corporal beckoned to his men, and ordered them to follow in a staggered column formation, they were heading back to the entrance, and then onto the underground train.

"Lieutenant" The corporal said "Give the intercom signal to make sure Trekys, CM and Binthorian squads get the go for evac. Now!"

The captians face was covered in sweat, bones and blood. He had to of killed over 20 of these things already. He lost 6 men so far. He then heard a click and a voice saying to get out, 20 minutes till explosion, with that he ordered his men to retreat, but before they reacted, more zombies came out and began to harass them, throwing bits of their body at the men. The desks and chairs they were using for cover where sufficent, but they couldn't hold out for long, plus they had to get out, he clicked his walkie talkie 4 times and said This is Trekys Captian, Captian Greg Blanc, we are pinned down in a hallway not (i hope this is ok, i'm assumeing its a big bunker) 2 clicks from the center. The zombies have us pinned down. If u can't get to us in 10 minutes, get out of here, just make sure u tell my supuriors, we held them off for as long as possible with that he dropped his walkie talkie onto the ground and began to fire again, he was almost out of ammo and he had 2 grenades left.

The Captian was getting nervous, 4 minutes had already passed. He didn't want to die here today, but he knew he would. Seven more dead bodies crowded the halleways. His squad had killed over 30 of these things now. He had run out of ammo for his m4 and began to fire his pistol, then he noticed an m4 on the groud. It belonged to one of the first men to be killed. He picked it up, along with 2 clips on the floor, thanked his dead buddy and began to fire. The squad was now 15 guys out of the 25 that began.

"Damn the radio isn't working, try a secure com. channel on the laptop!" Roared the Corporal.

"Ok sir, waiting for a reply, we have told them we are near the Southern Extraction point waiting for them - We have said we will only wait for another 6 Minutes and then we are leaving via the train, lets hope Trekysian Forces get this!"

One of the squad members picked up a garbled message. He told the captian what it said, the captian stopped fireing and said DAMN i lost my radio....tell them to forget us....we'll fight till the death men! with that, the remainder of the squad cheered and began to fight more, some of the men were out of ammo and where fighting the zombies with knifes, 37 more bodies lay on the floor, all zombies, but then, this loud thud came from the end of the hall. Two marines with knifes ran at it and where thrown accross, behind the barricade. the captian then screamed out Soldier, tell them that we are engageing a massive zombie. Bigger then the others, we will not let him escape, for the hour we fought aside them, tell them, it was our honor with that, the squad opened fire on the massive creature.

".....Time's up!" Said the Corporal with a solemn tone. "Any response from the Trekisian Unit?"

"I'm sorry Sir" Replied the Engineer with tears in his eyes, "Nothing, not one response, we heard gunfire and a cheer on the radio, and a remark about 'fighting to the death' they must have dropped it."

"DAMN!" Roared Corporal Louis "Those bastard Zombies!"

"3.00 Minutes" Replied the explosives expert.

Corporal Louis turned to face the Binthorian Unit and his own 2 Units. "They... Aren't coming out, the bomb will claim them - but we must move on! Quick to the elevation train, there isn't much time!"

All units shouldered thier XM29's and the Binthorians thier H&K's and boarded the elevation train, a train that went up a steep angle to the surface.

The Enginner entered the Driver's seat and pushed a few switches then released the accelerator. "We're going up!" he said.

"We got out of this, but when we get to the surface, we have to tell them, about what happened to The Trekisians - We'll MAKE them build a memorial to commemerate them!"

And with that the train ground to a halt at the surface, as a massive explosion shook the ground before them "Thats the bomb" remarked the Engineer. And they all solemnly left the train, with tears in thier eyes.

But something told Corporal Louis, that The Trekisians may still be alive.

Two minutes before the bomb went off, the Captian was looking for a way out. He had 7 men left out of the 25 they started with. He had to personally shoot 5 of his men in the head, so as the y won't become zombies. then rest either fell or where eaten alive. The captian looked to the left and saw a small opening, big enough to crawl into, he ordered his men to begin moving in there and goto the end. Each man did, but before the captian got in, he was hit from behind by the big, ugle zombie, it knocked him out in one hit, he woulda been killed if not for his LT. LT John Stevens grabed the captian by the arms and dragged him in, he then ordered the rest of the squad to move on. They felt a slight tilt in elevation, but continued on wood for the 2 minutes they had remaining. They heard the explosion. When the LT looked back he saw fire coming up from the bottom. He then noticed that the catpian's eyes were open and he heard the captian say

DROP ME! Go on, u guys can get out of here. I'm just a burden, besides" he let out a scream "I've been bitten, u'll be doing me a favor

with that, the LT said goodbye to his friend and dropped him into the inferno and then ordered his men to move double pace outta there. When they reached the top, the explosion made it with them. The LT was thrown from the opening into a rock, shoulder first. The rest of the squad went to help him up. The only medic still around (whos trained to fight like a damn good marine) helped the LT up and said
You've got a broken arm LT, let me look at that

the LT shrugged him off, went to a tree and snapped the arm back into place, he let out a scream. he then began to say

Lets say a pray for the 19 men, including our captian, and also the scientists of this bunker.
with that, the men went quite and began to pray a hail mary and two Our Fathers.

"Sir we are picking up thermo signatures coming out of the reckage, they have nearly reached the surface!"

"The Trekisians!"

"Probably Sir - They look like small squadron of men."

"Excellant, deploy a welcoming party at the estimated point at which they will ascend to the surface!"

"Yes Sir, we will wait for them to ascend, Sir!"

The Corporal's face had completely changed, rather than being solemn, it was now full of hope.

The few Trekisians that remained began to search for food, water and pieces of wood for a fire. It would be a few days before anyone began to scour the area to make sure no zombies got out, and the squad was in no condition to move. The LT assumed the role as squad leader. He knew he would have to fight hunger, but thats ok, he must get home to tell his superiors that the captian, as well as the 18 others didn't die un-honrable deaths in the explosion, no they fought till the end against zombies. He then remembered that piece of document the NWV officer picked up. That giant zombie must've been the one that was give an overdoes of the virus.....he tohught to himself

My God, how can anyone have made a virus like this...

with that, he began to fell asleep, his arm in a make-shift sling. He slept on some dry leaves and used a rock for his pillow, the training they went through was 10 times worse then this. To them, this was paradise. But off in the distance came the voices of troops and men. He assumed it was hunters, but when they came closer, they were wearing NWV roop vests and jackets, he stood up and yelled

I am LT John Stevens. Commander of the Trekys Marines Force sent here. My Superior, Captian Greg Blanc died, while fighting off the zombies....

But fatique overcame him, he wanted to say much more, but collapsed.

"Sir we have lost track of them!"

"What?!"

"I don't know they went off the map we are viewing, they must have ascended somewhere outside the city"

The Corporal looked grim, yet another challenge, "Ok, call in the Regular Army, I want our officials to put an entire Mechanized Division to find them. I want Infantry Air Support Groups airbourne NOW!"

The Techie looked alittle scared. "Y--Yes sir!"

And with that he used his infolink to link up with the Military HQ here in Athens.

"Yes, yes thats right. The Corporal requests a Battalion." The Corporal looked at the techie angrily, "I mean a Division of Mech. Infantry as well as an Infantry Air Support Group, they are somewhere well outside Athens. Somewhere in the countryside."

Up above them they saw AH1 and UH-60 Blackhawks rising into the air and flying off in the directional coordinates the Techie had given them. BMP3-M's began to roll past them after a few minutes and it was then that the Corporal realised that for once, the brass had taken him seriously.

But maybe it was because the Trekisians escape route had left a route open for the Zombies to get out as well? Surely the brass wouldn't have agreed to send out 250 BMp3-M's, 250 APC's and 100 HMMVVV's with 5,000 Troops as well as 10 AH1's, 10 UH-60's and 10 AH-64's just for a rescue mission.... No, The Trekisians escape route must have left an ascent path for the Zombies as well! The virus could be leaked to the General Populace!

OOC: Just say that the NWV Troopers you saw before the captain collapsed due to fatigue was a hallucination

When the LT woke up, he was startled, he thought he'd be in a bunker somewhere safe, not a open feild, he asked his fellow squad members what going on and the reply was grim

Sir, those men that came at us last night where zombies. Apperntly, when the bunker exploded, it sent debris that brok eopen a sealed door that had about 25 of them held up, they had on security personal jackets. We killed a good 3 last night, but had to retreat, and we are beginning to run out of all ammo. We think were safe, but we don't know for how long.

with that, the LT took out a clip, he only had one left, put it into the m4 and said

NO MORE RUNNING BOYS! We must not let them escape into the populace. We were sent here to protect innocent beings, and thats what where gonna do, how long till they are here?

about 5 minutes sir

GOOD! Grab some rock and tree branches. Our last defense is about to start. Hopefully, if we succed the populace and the world might be safe

with that he kissed his cross dangleing from his neck and whispered I do this for you, my love and for our children
The LT was 39 Years old. He had a wife and two babies at home, waiting for him to return, but he knew he wouldn't, he would sacrifice his life, just as his good friend and superior, Capt. Greg Blanc did.

An AH1 with a UH-60 packed with 15 Troopers armed with XM29's soared overhead.

"All clear - No sighting of them, Sir" Bzzt

"Roger that" Bzzt

"We are returning back... Hang on a minute Thermal Scanner indicate something, I'm going in for a closer look" Bzzt

"Roger That, we'll follow" Replied the UH-60 Pilot.

"Jesus! Their down thier, they are fighting off a hoard of zombies with thier bare hands and rocks and branches jesus!" Bzzt.

"Radoing for Support Bravo Mark 1" Bzzt

"Ok Bravo Mark 2!" Radio and then unload your troops.

"Roger that!" Bzzt

"Err Bravo Mark 1 - The 1st Mechanized Infantry is on its way, An Heavy Armored Squadron of the 1st Heavy Armored Division consisting of 10 M1A2's and 10 Challenger II's is on its way!" Bzzt

And with that the UH-60 landed in the middle of it, its fixed machine gun rattling at the zombies. The well trained troops of the NWV Army disembarked and began to take cover and fire rapidly. Within minutes the first wave from the hole had been suppressed, with the help of the Trekisians.

"Alpho Bravo Mark 1" Radioded the UH-60 to the Troops, "Get together the reamining Trekisians, we have been told to prepare for a second wave. Secure the area and make sure those wounded Trekisians are taken care of."

"Roger" Bzzt

And with that the Troops surrounded the hole and prepared for the next attack. As the AH1 Circled overhead with its missiles.

the LT was thankful the NWV's arrived when they did. He pointed out that the once bitten must be shot in the head, otherwise they'd be zombies. 2 of the remaining 6 had to be shot in the head. When the first wave was destroyed, the commanding NWV ordered all Trekisians to a safe point, the LT barked at his men to remain and said

Excuse me sir, but were not going anywhere, give us some ammo or some weapons. We are staying here and fighting. I lost many dear friends today, as well as a commanding officer. Were not GOING anywhere, till all these zombies are dead. EVEN if we have to fight hand-to-hand

With that, he readied himself for a reply.

Captain Giannakopoulos of the 3rd Infantry Battalion laughed.

"Men, give them the apres from the UH-60 - We have some XM8's in there ( http://www.hl2central.net/screenshots/ol/xm8.jpg ), they're not the XM29's but they are the second best thing, and make sure they get plentiful ammo. We shall fight them together"

After the Trekisians had tooled up, there was as still calm. But suddenly another explosion rocked the area. The hole had detonated again, there must have been HE material down there, the hole had widened and there were more Zombies pooring out. And with that Captain Giannakipoulos' Squad as well as the Trekisians, opened up on the zombies.

"Give them hell!" Cried the Captain.

The LT's squad opened fire at the same time the other did. The zombies poored out to quickly though and over whelmed the lines. The LT's squad noticed that soem of the men were faltering, he went over there and livened up their spirits. Just his pressence, he assumed, gave these men overwheleming courage. The LT had no idea wat a XM29 was, but they must be feared by NWV's enemies. The LT is starting to think alittle diplomatically. He began thing that maybe an alliance with NWV would be astonishing. They are very well trained, and are a fearsome group. He would be honored to of met them on a battlefeild, but hes more honored to be fighting with them. Then a zombie came at his, he quickly took out one of his 4 remaining knives, chopped at the head, it came off, he then flung the knive at another zombies head and continued to fire.

The second wave was knocked off. Just as the last zombie had another clip blown into him the 10 M1A2's and 10 Challenger 2's began to arrive, they set up an encirclement of the hole (which was now 12m in Diameter) alongisde the infantry.

"Took you enough time" Said the Captain laughing.

"Well, now were here, you wont have anything to worry about. Nothing gunna stop the M1A2's from mowing them down. And we already have Choppers coming in" Replied the Tank Commander.

"Good, well settle down and prepare for hell, because that is what this is." Said the Captain.

The Captain was beginning to admire the Trekisians, they had alot of guts and he hoped the brass and politicians would give the goahead for a mutual protection pact. He was sure they would.

But his thought was interrupted. What he though was a hellfire missile from one of the incoming AH-64's turned out to be much worse. A new hole had been blown, the zombies must be congregating below us and upsetting the HE material he thought. The tanks moved quickly to encircle this hole, and the Choppers began to pour Missiles down on it, but it was too late. All around them explosions were happening and holes were appearing. This was it, he though, they have manage to find a weakness, there were no fewer than 17 Holes now, and they encompassed what the Captain thought must be 1 Sq. Mile.

No zombies had appeared out of them yet... But then he began to see them, the shrivelled monsters were crawling out in there hundreds. More and more, this wasn't a rescue expedition anymore, it was now a War across the plains outside of Athens.

The Tanks were firing away with SABOT and HEAT rounds as well as the Choppers overhead he now noticed F22A's in the sky above. Guided JDAM's were reining down. But it wouldn't be enough. This was now a War.

Bzzt "Captain" went the Captain's radio "Captain we have recieved reports of explosions all around Athens creating holes - this is an invasion now, your orders are to retreat with the Armor and hold a position just outside Athens. Airpower will try and subdue them in the countryside.

As The Captain reached the designated point, a small fortified Village outside of Athens. He noticed what was developing, what he though must have been 2 Infantry Divisions and an Entire Armored Division were congregating all around the City, creating a human and armored barrier, with Choppers hovering above them.

The Athens siege had started.

LT John Stevens became worried when wat was left of his squad, 4 people including himself, where moved to a place right outside of a city called athens. He wondered why they left the bunker, so he asked

Captian, if i may be so bold

Yes LT?

Why were we taken out of the bunker area? we were more use there

Because, the zombies are creating huge hole around Athens, this is a war now son

MY GOD! Can i borrow a phone? i have to make some phone called

With that, John called the President, he was given the direct number in case of ermgencies. He told the president wat had happened, and requested that 5 more squads of SMF be moved in to help. The President said that 125 more of them would make a huge difference, he said he'd give the order to have them paratrooped into the area, seeing as how they lost many men, NWV's goveremnt should allow 125 more of them. The president hung up and before that said he'd talk it through, but that the LT should ask the captian

Captian, hes your phone, thank you, now i have a favor to ask of you..

And wat might that be LT?

With your order, i would like to have some of my buddies paratrooped in, 125 of them, all SMF memebrs. They all fight just as well as my squad here. And if you don't allow it, we shall fight as mercenaries..Wat is ur answer Captian?

The LT waited for a reply.

"Request accepted" Replied The Captain. "Order your other Units to be airlifted in by Chopper and join us in the Perimeter. As of now, all Cities, Villages and Towns are being fortified. Athens is our capitol, thats were we are needed"

They were nearing the disembarkment point now. A small Village from which Athens was visible. All around them was a hive of activity - F35JSF's and F22's flew overhead and all around the explosions could be heard, amid the darkness. It was 3 days since they entered the Science Facility.

"Captain" Said the LT. "Whats going on with the planes?"

"We are mass bombing them, keeping them out of the cities and towns so that Helicopters and Planes are effective"

"But.."

Bzzt. The Captain's comlink went off.

"Yes?" He answered into it.

"Captain - This is Athens HQ, Infantry Division 3, 4th Battalion."

"Colonel!" Said the Captain with excitement (This was his Battalion's commander - who had fought in the IDF and Tyranis Conflicts - he was a living legend). "Whats going on?"

"All other assaults on cities have been fought off, they were just precursors to the Athens attack. Our forces are currently mopping up - The defensive strategy worked well - they are absolutely no match for a well trained well equipped military." Replied the Colonel.

"Then.... Athens is the last battle. After this it is all over...."

"Yes, Military Engineers were successful in filling in the holes that had been created. They also used Tactical Nuclear weapons to wipe out the bowels of the facility. We estimate that of the 81,000 who worked in the facility, and are now Zombified, that they turned another 138,000 into Zombies. This was in the early stages. When we were caught offguard. But of the 139,000 Zombies that have been estimated by Analysts - almost 79,000 have been stopped in the attacks that were repelled. This is a victory all on its own. But the final 60,000 are shuffling towards Athens. We are bombing them to oblivion with the all 9 Bombing Wings of our 3 Airbourne Divisions. That should thin itself out to about 40,000 by the time they reach you." The Colonel ended by saying, "This is it, the final Battle. This will be the greatest victory NWV has ever known. Surrounding Athens is 1 Armored Division and 1 Infantry Division, these are the stats:

1 Infantry Division
- 15,000 Men.
- Standard Arms XM29.
- USP9SD Side Arms.
- Each Squad carries a Stinger AA Launcher
- Each Squad carries an updated Bofors RBS-56 BILL.
- Each Squad is wearing the new Water Based anti penetration Kevlar suits.
- 1 Out of every 5 squads has the new H&K GMG.
- Each Squad is armed with an XM312 mountable machine gun.
- Every Platoon has 1 Sniper with a AI AW-50.

1 Armored Division
- 250 M1A2 SEP's.
- 250 Challenger 2's.
- 5,000 Men.
- Armed with XM8's as primary Weapons.
- And USP9SD's as sidearms.
- They also carry a full compliment of 6 Standard Hand Grenades.
- And are kitted out with the new Water Based Anti Penetration Kevlar Armor.

"...Oh and Captain? If you are wondering why I am giving you this information, it is because they promoted you to General, die to your conduct today and during the Tyranis Wars, you will command the Ground Forces in this operation in coordinance with General Dellas of the Airbourne Forces. Good luck... General, Sir. Also General, decide where you want to put the Trekisian Special Forces - They have already arrived and are waiting for your go."

"Put them with my... Old Unit Colonel, to work alongside thier fellow compatriots" Replied The General.

And with that 'General' Giannakpoulos disembarked, and headed for the makeshift Command and Control Bunker, where he would command the defence, while The Trekisian Unit put new clips in thier XM8's, and waited for the oncoming forces.

When the 4 SMF's prartrooped in, the LT that was the leading officer there met with LT John Stevens

Yes, all 129 of us are to engae any and all zombies....We are being called the Trekisian Battle Group..haha...NWV's military both fears and honors our determination to protect their city, now come on, we must prepare for the battle

Just then, in the distance, you could see an army moving. Blood and gore where left in their wake. They where the zombies. The newly named General ordered the Trekisian Battle Group to stay and help with the defense, but, the Captian relized he didn't need to take orders from the general, and told a NWV messenger to tell the General to continue fireing the missiles and artillary, where going in. With that, the Trekisian Battle Group ran into towards the zombified army. The captian noticed a safe place 1 click form the enemy, and pointed it out to the others

When they reached their point, they begane to open fire. Some of the SMF's were wearing a special kind of armor. It was lightweight but also had two sub machin guns hooked onto the arms. When they ran out of bullets, the guns were drooped and long knives came out. It was the best armor developed by the nation Archons shortly before it broke down into utter chaos. Only about 15 of the 129 had it, but those 15 alone could take out alot of zombies....The Captian kenw the General would be made, but to engage the enemy earlier means less chances of civilians being hurt.

The Trekisian Special Forces had advanced the furthest, battling away in the distance amid the explosions of radar artillery and shells as well as the planes JDAM Missiles, the Trekisians had not lost a single man. Thier training and superior tech just proved too much for this army of savage barbarians.

4 Hours later, just the odd shot rang out in the distance. The General had positioned his forces well, everywhere you looked you could see the blood and guts of the zombies. Thier rotting flesh stank out the battlefield.

"The first wave has been fought off" Said one of the NWV Battalion Commander's to the Trekisian Captain.

"They are as good as dead - we must have killed 35,000! What are our casualties?" Replied The Captain.

"106 Sir - They are no match for us now" Said The Battalion Commander with glee.

"Good - Go back into the fortifications - The Battle is won, let your Planes and Choppers deal with the rest."

"Yes sir."

The Captian surveyed the mess after the commender left, they did alot aof damage. He only lost 3 men, known of which he knew. In the distance he noticed some moveing, not alota, he ordered one man to go tell teh general that his men will clean up the rest, and that he should send men throughtout the city to make sure known made it past.

After the messenger left, he ordered the men with the armor, some still have guns, others have their knives out, to move forward, since the zombies cannot penetrate armour, they will be the best defense trekys has. After a few minutes, 125 Trekisian Marines moved out, 3 were lost, not including the 21 from the bunker, and one was sent to tell the general of his movements, if he did everything right, he maybe going home tomorrow.

Halt the synthesization at the moment - A full working antidote could make you alot more - Perfect it by reducing the amount of Acidic Toxins in the composition and replacing them with substitute alkali toxins - I have a guess that its Acidic toxins within the antidote that are influencing the redevelopment of the immune system after redevelopment, the body will neutralise the alkali as areas like the stomach are largely acidic - whereas it cannot neutralise a largely alkali substance - also mix The Alkali toxins with Strong Minerals, not usually used by humans - minerals help the immune system work, but use strong minerals as we are effectively building the immune system from scratch.

Also attempt to synthesize the toxin by running it through a enzyme chain - this will help the antidote itself develop.

As the captain got closer and closer to the moving objects, he noticed something was wrong. They seemed to be moving away from him. He ordered his men to out pace the enemy and in now time they did. The reports where that only about 40,000 where going to Athens and that we killed 35,000 but what he was looking at was something bigger then 5000. It looked like about 25,000 but there was something different about these zombies, they weren't moving armound in every direction, instead, they looked disiplined. "They are defeated. Mass synthesization of an antidote is underway. We estimate that there are between only 10-20 left." The Trekisians gasped "And they are in the mountains - which are being bombed to hell."

"Thats... Excellant."

"It is - you fought bravely over the past 2 days, and that is why you are being awared the National Socialist Medal of Heroes - all of you."

Another gasp from the Trekisians. "We saw another 25,000!" they exclaimed. The General Answered, "A... Nuclear device was dropped on them. They are dead - but at great cost to our environment."

"You have proven yourself allies beyond belief, great friends, just like the Binthorians." Continued the General, "And that is why this is. All your friends from the Science facility will be posthumously awarded this medal to. You can tell your President, that NWV is an ally for life."

A resounding cheer rang up from the Trekisians.

"But now, you can go back home. You have accomplished your task and we will be erecting a memorial in memory of your dead friends."

"Thank you Sir" Said the Captain. And with that, he left for 10 waiting helicopter to take him and his comrades to Adolf Hitler II Airport.

"That won't be the last of The Battles we fight alongisde the Trekisians" thought the General to himself, "Nor will it be the alst we see of the Zombies."

Apply for membership of the Whittier Pact. Its a small alliance with 6 Nations. Its the one I am in, At the moment we already have a mutual protection pact though.

The 800 soldiers made it to Athens.

"Hey, you NWA soldiers! Got get some long range ejecting guns back in that truck with the antidotes."

*After some planning the 800 division team splitted up over Athens, escpecially at under ground places like the metro, and started spraying the antidote, the one that we turned into gas, to kill any IG Virus around. They found a few zombies down at that facility but not many. All the zombies that werent shot with a gun but cured where brough to the hospital.

"Athens is cleared. We also bringing 2 other cargo trucks filled with the antidotes incase you find some more zombies."
