Given the recent imperialist tendencies of such nations as Kahta, and their stooges Chellis, Grunge-France, etc., AND Kahta's intended annexation of Sevaris, I propose a grand alliance of nations in the world that are committed to the defense of freedom and liberty. For, If we lose our freedom, we lose everything.

All though I am not the Defense Minister of the Victoria Alliance I can say that all Victoria Alliance nations will help you in your fight against Kahta. Praetonia, one of the founders, has enacted Accord #2 so you can expect help (militarily or economically) from all alliance nations.

Sevaris sticks its nose in places it doesnt belong, attacks people who have done nothing to deserve it, and then lies about the reasons that nations get angered at it.

Sevaris is a warmonger, and brought these actions upon its nation by itself. Helping it only promotes continued war.

This is not formal yet. I am just a Victoria Alliance member my thinking is that we will support you. One of the founders has already said that your nation is under attack so we by the laws of the alliance we must defend you because you are part of the VA. But the official descision hasn't been made yet.

Chellis is a backward nation that seeks only to fulfill its own ends. Disregard them.

The Republic of Octovonia has unanimously voted for member ship in the Alliance of Free Nations. With the signing of our pledge to this alliance, we seek peace with our new allies and death to our enemies who wish harm against us.

Octovonian military indutstries have stepped up production of Octovonia's newest fighter interceptor, the F-23 Black Widow II, which has already begun replacing the MiG-29M in our nation's air force. Our naval industry has begun outfitting our Astute-class submarines with Russian Shkval underwater rocket, capable of travelling at 200 knots towards their target to a maximum range of 7.5km. A second Kirov-class heavy missile battlecruiser has been laid down and expected to be completed and in service in less than a year. Our industry has expanded to meet the new threat of Kahta. United we are strong. Victory or death!

If you have any Naval assets in the area, suggest they move to join ours.

Furthermore, sevaris has created this alliance for the only reason of getting other nations to send troops to defend his land. Creating war once again!

Our troops are not opening fire. Nobody can start this war but your side. We will only DEFEND Sevaris. If Sevaris commences offensive action we will pull out, and fast.

Sevaris should not stick his nose into the buisness of other nations.

While London expresses an interest in the organisation, and maintains its moral support of Sevaris against aggression from the Kahta government and its greedy cohorts, relatively little attention has yet been given to the new alliance. It will eventually become evident that this is owing to the invasion of the Falkland Islands, an event that serves as sufficient distraction.

It appears that HMS Edinburgh will come about and head back away from Sevaris, as well.

The Commonwealth Assembly has voted to join the Alliance of Free Nations. We will hereby stand by our members.

Also, the Commonwealth Military Research Agency has unveiled its new concept for the next generation of supersonic military transport. If any nation would like to help us, please do so.

If you do this, I will make sure no one leaves Sevaris. Otherwise the virus might be spread.

I have spoken with the interim leader of the Kingdom of the Midlands, Super American VX Man, and he has agreed. Though, in the absence of the actual leader (OOC: He's on vacation), we are unable to send troops. But, I am quite sure that if we can enter, we will have the backing of the Legion of Defense.

This would be very, very unwise. ETA of 3NF is now eleven hours. Any offensive on Octovonian shipping will be taken as an indication that you are commencing war with the AFN, and therfore by extension us.

OOC: Meh. We use the SS-18 mod 4 and Mod 6. With nukes it really doesn't matter.

Active sonar and sonobuoys tell differently.

Rather depends. If his boats are hugging the bottom at five knots then you're probably going to miss them, or at least not have good enough data for a shot.

Uncle Noel supports this alliance....in theory. Certainly the actions of Kahta, Chellis and The Parthians have done much to worry the Fiefdom of Uncle Noel, an alliance for freedom and liberty? I'm afraid that such criteria would not in Uncle Noel's best interests or, by default, the interests of his people.

But we lend moral support to this alliance.

I dont know any nation by HE. Nikolaos The Great was my very first nation that i made on NS and my only puppet is Central Greece which i dont use to rp.

Regional president vetoed entering, so we will not be entering your alliance.

Is this Earth II related?

The Republic of Austar Union will not be entering into such alliance, for the simple reasons that we cannot support either side, for we have allies on both sides of conflict. Therefore we declare ourselves neutral in this alliance.

Should have it been formed out of simple peace endeavour, we would have considered, but it has arisen out of conflict, therefore we can only watch from the side-lines.
