Grand Emperor Yoshi, Supreme Ruler of Egocenturia and All of Its Citizens, has once again choosen to embark on the construction of the Global Orbital Defense Matrix. The planned collection of satillites will be designed along the lines of the old "Star Wars" system. The system will be used primarily for the destruction of warheads, and strategic strikes on ground based targets. More details will be release later.
However, such a project would cost vast amounts of money, and would be a horrible waste for one nation to control and build by itself. There for, the Empire is seeking out nations who would be willing to dedicate personel and resources to this project. Any nation partaking in this will be given its share of control over the system. All applicants must be at least 500 million people strong. Any nation smaller than that will not be able to reasonably front the resources for this project, and will be disregarded. Also, known "Godmodders" and warmongers will be banned, as they will be considered hazordous to the project, and a possible liability to the security and safety of the system.
This is for the good of the world, and we hope you will assist us.
