Chellis is under an attack. There are no enemy soldiers on chellian shores, nor aircraft over its cities. Chellis is under an attack from the nation of Quarka however. Recently, the vatican was destroyed by a wing of what chellis believes to be mercenary strike fighters.

The nation of Quarka is insistent that chellian forces have commited this act. In addition to this, the nation of Quarka has been making indirect threats against chellis, warning of it being "penetrated" and the like. We have let the nation of Quarka know that we did not partake in the attack, yet they continue to threaten us.

We could quite easily strike this nation and bring it to its knees. However, we see no reason why the citizens of Quarka should have to die because of the foolishness of its leaders. Therefore, chellis is asking its friends, its long time allies and newer supporters alike.

Chellis has begun an embargo of Quarka. No chellian trade will be sent to Quarka. Quarka will not be able to recieve trade through chellian territories in africa, cutting it off from a large market of natural resources.

But a strike like this is not very effective. Chellis, while being one of the top exporting nations in the world in quantity and quality alike, cannot damage a nation in this way. This is where we need our allies.

With a world as large as this one, Quarka can get supplies from anyone. However, we can deprive Quarka of getting high quality supplies. Chellis calls upon all nations, friends, supporters, or simply people who feel we are in the right.

Do not trade with Quarka. Influence your trade partners not to either. Try to find any deals being made by Quarka, and try to buy out the seller. This will cause the quality of Quarka bought products to go down, and the price to go much higher, as the few nations that will sell to them will have a less competitive market.

Chellis will buy out as much as it can, but it is only so effective. We ask you, the people of the world, to help us against Quarka. We do not deserve to be the target of such unbridled hate and blame.

Furor Atlantis would try to help your cause, but we are weary from battle with an Arab navy. Give us one week and our soldiers will be up and at'em.


Until then we will send food, water, and supplies to Chellis through cargo planes.

IC: Premier Gomorrah has issued this statement:

Although the United Socialist States of Canan has trade going into the nation in question we will imope a strict quarantine of any ship in our waters that is heading to or from Quarka.

Another Occ: We are located in the Atlantic near the near the mid point between Britain, France and Spain.

I don't understand, did they threaten invasion, terrorism, what?

To furor atlantis- We thank you for the offer, but we dont need material help. We need support in the matter, and ending trade with quarka.

For Whittier- Im sure your intelligence agency can figure out what im talking about(the last few pages of the thread i linked). Here is one quote however.

Chellis supports an independant, non biased investigation, of non chellians. While we support those who bombed it, and no whittier, it wasnt us, the truth about who these people are should be sought after.
