Today to conclude the war in Sao Tome e Principe Parthia and Unified West Africa have signed a peace treaty bringing an end to the war.
I. All Parthian and allied troops are to leave at once. No Allied military pesence is to remain in Sao Tome e Principe. Any further attempts by Parthia to place troops on the Islands will be met with all out war.
II. Sao Tome e Principe is to become an Autonomous province of UWA. However it is to remain a demiliarized zone.
III. Unified West Africa reserves the right to send reconstruction crews to Sao Tome e Principe. The right to free travel of Unified West African citizens to and from the islands is to remain preserved.
IV. Parthia agrees to contribute $100,000,000 to the reconstruction effort.
V. Free trade between Unified West Africa and Parthia is to resume without any embargoes from either nation.
VI. Parthia Agrees to halt any colonial expansion on the African Continent.
