Kahta has decided to deport 18.4 Million people who fall into at least one of the following categories
- Level 2 or higher Sex offender
- Has AIDS Update: Deported
- Affiliation with a crime group following release from jail
- Commiting a crime after a release from jail
- Comitting a minor act of treason
- Not paying income taxes
- Lying on any government form

These people will not be given to any nation which will use them for any labor processes.

FPS would be willing to take on as many of those that have AIDS as your government will allow. We do not believe that a person's having a disease should affect their life (outside of the diseases effects themselves), and we can promise you that they will be treated well.

Very well, you may have them all. The only reason we are getting rid of them is because of several women who had AIDS and went around, having sex with thousands of men, giving them AIDS. There is also a problem regarding AIDS in the military, seeing as it is a combat zone and any blood spilled can result in AIDS.

The nation of Biotopia does have a point, however, FPS still is taking the AIDS victims, simply because, in other nations cases, they may be treated badly. FPS will take them on as full citizens, and will begin treating their ilness with the best medicines we have.

Doujin suggest that we be allowed to take the bulk load of the AIDS cases. Doujin medical scientists years ago devised treatment plans that could effectively eliminate the HIV virus from the body's system, and have been working on ways to help rebuild a persons immune system after it has been disabled by the HIV virus. The reason why we have such advances is because we literally poured billions into the project, as a large number of our citizens are homosexual - and unfortunatly, a person involving themselves in anal sexual acts are more likely to contract the HIV virus.

These people would be full citizens, of course, so we'll allow them, if they like, to go to you for treatment. As were socialist, we'd take the bill, too.

On another note...what would it take to get some of this treatment technology from you? FPS could use it quite a bit, as we do have many HIV/AIDS virus victims.

We do not allow the inhumane treatment of people as slaves. Because of that suggestion, we will not allow you to have anyone.

Thats why the men are being deported too.
