The purpose of this alliance is to aid the Great Destroyers aka the Shivans in there conquest of this galaxy. All member nations will not be attacked by the Shivans but protected. They will help the Shivan Imperium in any wars and the Imperium will aid them. There will also be trade between member nations and The Imperium. After the conquest of this galaxy only members of this alliance and the Shivans will remain. Also if you join the Pelagai ship yards will build you a fleet if you need it and give you a planet.

The initial Shivan advantages are slipping away as the ESUS nations develop new weapons and tactics. Keep that in mind before you join an alliance such as this, which is dedicated to destroying all human life. As part of this alliance, you are not safe from ESUS reprisal.

(OOC: Considering how NationStates is set, to start with, "killing them all off" is impossible. You need the target's consent to even consider attacking anyone if you want it to actually go anywhere without any fear of getting ignored on the spot or being godmodded to hell. Being a genocidal maniac and actually getting your plans in motion on NS requires other tactics than constant overt warmongering.

I tried something of this sort before (even if it was more of a joke) with one other nation, and didn't get anyone interested in the whole thing. No one wanted to be a Battle Thrall of the Hierarchy! *sniff*)

Furher Gustav stood agast. The Neo-Mekantan were one of the few military forces that Central Facehuggeria truly feared. They were responsible for the most devestating war in CF history, and they are ruthless in the extreme.

In the time it took to intercept that communication, the Shivan war turned from a "Cakewalk" into a "Pretty damn tough walk." The Shivan war just got harder. No longer would victory be assured...

Bump for Ekardia to realize that Neo-Mekanta doesn't have to backstab the alliance to be a threat. ^_^

Once IB takes his leave, Neo-Mekanta will strike at the command position, and anyone else they deem weak and inefficient. Maybe before, if the present leadership or any of the other nations screw up too badly. All under the theory that what is good for the alliance is more important than the individual.

It's just that whoever leads the Shivans, either by legitimate rulership or managing to catch them by the nuts and threatening to squeeze, ends up commanding the HoL.

IB signed a deal with the devil when he got Neo-Mekanta's assistance. The Neos are strong allies, but don't screw up with them around. ^_^

Neo-Mekanta is in a perfect position to backstab you. Sure, they don't intend to, but Marak is under Neo-Mekanta's protection at the moment. And thus, Minagoroshi's protection. (And Minagoroshi is a hell of a lot more deadly than IB's cheap knockoff, the tech stealing bastard. ^_^)

OOC Chronasia the alliance has disbanded. Wiseone is helping us, no idea about Neo-Mekanta and Pelagai my brothers old nation no longer exists, i could have it resurected if you wish.
