The Kingdom of Cullenus is small and poor... we have yet to establish a navy. However we have a fairly sizeable fishing craft. It was caught in a storm at sea and has been damaged severely. We ask any nearby navy to please send a ship to rescue our beloved taxpayers at sea. :(

Please help our taxpayers stranded at sea... if they are not helped soon, we fer we may lose them. This is a chance for your nation to gain our respect.

Oh by the way, since you sent the money upon confirmation and I've confirmed it. I must tell you. You cannot use the ship unless you put about 30-50 billion dollars into it to heavily modify it. The ship is so massively armed, it will capsize if you fire the main guns at the same time in the same direction.
