Agreed. $85,000 is too little, even if you overstocked. Unless your country's financial system just collapsed.
Agreed, it is far low, maybe around 900,000 if it must be low.
As for the MiG line, I have only used the 27 really, and that is two squadrens at the Spartys (Terrortory). However, the 23 is fairly useful, even for smaller nations, very useful becouse it takes less maintance than many other fighters used by smaller nations like the Hornet, Eagle, and Fighting Falcon.
