With recent bloody revolution a complete sweeping victory, and control back in the hands of the Socialist Party, the real task of rebuilding the country is at hand. As Premiere Kolyenyakh's first act he re-alotted a large land plot around Vladivostok for a massive military base for Air Force, Army, Navy and Marines all in one area. Also, to the north of this area he has alotted room for a new city by the name of Hattiagrad in honor of the help from the nation, and there is also room alotted for a Hattian Naval Base on the coast of the city.
All industries in Hutu have been turned back to the government and put into production instantly; the huge Auto-Motive Companies of Hutu gear back up quickly with the Wood product factories and coal, diamond, salt and iron mines following quickly. With in the next few days it is expected that all aspects of Hutuian industry from Automotive to Diamond Mining to Weapons product will be running at full capacity.
Many citizens that helped in the revolution were named as nation heros and have enlisted in the New Peoples Armies and will help train the new soldiers. With the socialist back in power came back the great national pride and the pride of the army, thus many of the former soldiers, and even new faces enlisted into the army.
Though Hutu has enough weaponry, tanks, ships and planes to field a true army, the weapons they have are damaged and out of date and Hutu is looking to buy contracts to produce weapons created by another country untill they are on their feet and able to design their own weapons again.
