Mississippi is announcing the formation of an alliance where the people with empires will band together in mutual defense of one another and of all the empires concerned. It is time that those of us who are given to the pursuit of empire rally together for our common defense. If we do not hang together, we shall certainly hang separately. This alliance will have no power to force members to take military action. It will be mostly for the coordination of joint-operations for the defense of the empires that join. Provide your name and a brief list of foreign possession and I will list them all under Current Members.

Note: I am including in the lists of possessions only "Foreign possessions". The homelands are not counted as foreign possessions as they are the homelands. :)





The League Of Empire Loyalists Charter and Security Council Regulations.


“The League” or “LOEL” as it is called, exists to guarantee the empires and national sovereignty of the member nations against any and all foreign aggression and warmongering. This is a peaceful alliance of a variety of nations (right-wing, Christian, capitalist, white supremacists, fascist, national socialism, monarchy, parliamentary monarchy, etc)

The purpose of the Security Council is to guide the alliance and set policy. To be considered for the Council a nation must meet the following criteria:

1) Be over 1 billion in population.
2) Have at least two foreign possessions.
3) Have proven loyalty to the League or the ideals of the League.

All six of the council members must at all times maintain a “Rapid Response Force” of 360,000 light infantry ready for deployment anywhere in the world within 12 hours. Furthermore, a “Heavy Security Force” of 360,000 heavy infantry, armor, and mechanized units, must be ready for deployment around the world within 72 hours.

1) To approve the authorization of the Council “Rapid Response Force” a minimum of 4/6 of the Council must approve the decision. (In an emergency, the chairman of the council may authorize the immediate deployment of part the Rapid Response Force from nations that voted yes)

2) To approve the authorization of the deployment of the Council “Heavy Security Force” a minimum of 5/6 of the Council must approve the decision. (In the event of prolonged absence of members needed to vote, the chairman of the council may authorize the deployment of the Heavy Security Force)

3) Council decisions on policy matters will require a minimum of 4/6 vote. Decisions that are likely to or certain to result in war will require a minimum of 4/6 vote.

4) In the event of a tie vote, the tie-breaker shall be cast by a random non-council member. Whichever league member is on at the time, and has the largest population, shall be the tie-breaker.

I'm interested in membership. I want to note that i've seen Communist Mississippii in various diplomatic affairs, and i know for a fact that they are dedicated to world issues.

Our 4th and 7th fleet have been advised of the alliance, so that in an emergency they can also be moved into location.

Our airforce will be a little bit trickier. We have an airbase on every city of the empire, and a new one was built for the rebel wars. Many of our craft had been shot down by the automated defenses of the rebel outposts. So the airforce has been placed on standby until they can reach an acceptable level of efficiency.

Right now as founder and coordinator of the Alliance, I would like to see people help smash Sevaris. He has made his anti-colonialism and anti-imperialism stance all too well-known. He is a threat to colonists and imperialists everywhere. He needs to be stopped.

Yes but the sort of support I can provide now is limited to allowing CM PMCs to hire their services out to you.

The shipment of goods should be arriving shortly.

7 of the 12 thousand soldiers have reported for duty. The remainder are expected very soon. Satellites have been programmed to begin photography of the Sevaris and the neighboring area.

The soldiers being deployed will be placed directly under Kahta's command. Treat them like you just gained 3 divisions, all fresh with new gear.

I am also sending sets of amorphous armor with them. Amorphous metal is is basically metal which cools to fast to reach a normal state. The metal remains in a glassy state but takes on the characteristics of being 2-3 times stronger tha regular metal, an ideal material to make armor out of.

ITD's defense grid has been reactivated. Rocket and anti-missile turrets have come online all over the nation. Any enemy flyover's and missile strikes should be avoided easily, but this has put a severe power drain on our power grids. We had to activate 1 extra fusion plant in each sector-city to reach optimal efficiency.

We should be safe for now.

The entire region of Capitolista would like to express its unwavering interest in joining the League of Empire Loyalists. Capitolista does this not out of preparation for the future, but rather out of concern when fighting the ignorant alliance under Voderlund, which insists that 58000 shells magically volleyed at once will take out an entire industrial nation. Thus, should the League of Empire Loyalists accept Capitolista into its hallowed halls, we would be forever indebted, although the invitation would be given as responsibility is recieved.

I propose that the Joint-Task Force of Rapid Response Forces be mobilized and sent to Western Sahara as a part of a plan to keep internal unrest down (there are murmurs of unrest in neighboring nations resulting from recent events in Bir Gandus) The white muslims not killed (about 250,000) have raised about 40,000 militants... The blacks and arab muslims (about 750,000 total) have raised about 80,000 militants. The nations neighboring Western Sahara appear to be readying to allow militants to be based in their lands to strike against Western Sahara.


I cast my vote that the LOEL rapid response force be deployed, at least in part, to Western Sahara.

After a motion carried to expel Seryown for his failure to meet his League obligations passed, Seryown was expelled from the League. He was on probationary status and the Security Council. We were putting a great deal of trust into him, and his refusal to meet the League charter terms (We voted 4/5 to commit forces to help CM in Western Sahara) means that he is not league material. He is expelled and may not be admitted back into the league without a 4/5 vote.

Sevaris will be given the seat on the Security Council that Seryown used to occupy... Sevaris will be under the probationary status though, just as Seryown was... Sevaris is under such because he is not over 1 billion. But I think his loyalty will prove useful.

Seryown was readmitted to the LOEL after careful deliberation by the chairman and a quick discussion with a few council members.

Secret Reply: Tanks are worthless for operating in winding mountain roads. We need rapid response forces that can parachute into areas within 30 minutes after guerilla activity is reported. We need helicopter mobile forces that can use vertical envelopment to precisely seal escape routes once guerillas finish their hit and run attacks. We don't need lots of conventional forces, we need small teams of well-trained and well-equipped counter insurgency units.

Then 5 divisions of 5000 troops in Blackhawk and PAVE-LOW helicopters are going t be deployed.
