A fragment of the Fuhrers weekly speech:

To the glorious people of Holy Panooly! Today our great government has signed a new lew which goes into effect immediately; Books, music, art and new trends must be approved by the government before they are allowed to go public. This is to prevent communist and other anarchic readings from spreading uncontrolled in our fair society. Art is still a very free and open kind of expression while trends/rages like gothics, rap, skaters and other new-age things are strictly controlled and people stepping out of the line ie listening to wrong music, expressing unwanted thoughts etc. This may sound rude but this is in fact a very effective way of controlling the masses.

Some people have already complained; our civil freedoms are at the stake? No, they are not. Who wants to look at a few pot smoking vampires on the street? Or getting overrun by a skater? Who wants to listen to a hate spreading cult like rap? No one.

A few days later...

A grand rap & rock festival was organized in the city Nineveh, a city of 13 million citizens. Nearly all over the Fruit Island Archipelago people bought tickets for the event. The artists had to buy visa for £20 per piece making them temporal HP citizens, thus having to abide all HP laws. They would remain for about +/- 4 weeks in HP and everything was arranged. A massive policeforce gathered around the stage and hotels to protect them from conservative rebels or religious extremists.

Do we really have to go to Holy Panooly man? That place is full of fa... fas... What was the word again? You know, those guys who think they're the best.

The rappers and other artists boarded their planes from all parts of the world heading for Holy Panooly. Once they landed at the airport near Nineveh it was deserted. No crazed fans, no limosine waiting to pick them up, only a few police officers waiting to escort them to their hotel. Choosing a hotel was not an option. Once they were in their hotel they unpacked their bags like everyone does and when it was dinner time they left.

Too bad the SS also has a key to their room...

Ok lads, drop the coke and herion in their suitcases. Leave the pot on the table. Make it look like it has been used by them. Oh yeah, instead of the bible, drop Das Kapital there. That'll make even the most die hard fans hate them.

The SS agents did as they were told and within 1 minutes they left the rooms of the hotel waiting for the guests to come back to their rooms.

And when the singers opened the doors they didn't notice anything at first but as soon as they saw the coke and weed, they tried to get rid of it as fast as they could, alas it was in vain.

And when he said that, SF and SS stormed into their rooms, as well as all other rappers in the hotel and taking to the police headquarters of Nineveh.
The rappers who didn't knew what happened were still stunned. In the policestation most leadsingers were subjected to torture and humiliation while their women were whipped by other officers, to 'teach' them some manners.

A few days later...

People of Holy Panooly, today I have heard a thing which makes me sad. One of the most popular rap artists and most of his colleagues have been arrested by our loyal policeforce. With a broken heart they were forced to cuff them since they were openly using soft- and harddrugs and reading forbidden material: Das Kapital for example. Sinced they bought visa, they are subjected to Panoolian law, which means life time imprisonment or the death penalty if our fair jury decides so. We will keep you informed, as always.

We're not barbarians, far from it in fact. We don't like those annoying goths in our society craving for attention and recognition. While atlantis is unsure of what "rap" is, we have a good idea of gothics. Why not just send them to a country where it is legalized. You tricked the "rappers" into coming to your country, just let them go back to their home country. No harm done.

Not every country entitles their citizens to the idea of free speech.It is not up to you to decide for the other what is best for their citizens.I only saved some members of society from persecution,you want to start a war on an idea that not every body believes in.
