Statement as issued by the Ministry of State, PRKS

"The People's Republic of Kay Son, after a brief period of instability and economic downturn, has managed to rise up from the ashes in the hopes of regaining it's former glory as an economic powerhouse. In order to accomplish this goal, the PRKS has made changes within the government, economic, and military structure. However, one can only do so much without assistance from other countries. Therefore, the PRKS is looking for any country or countries willing to do trade or establish firm diplomatic ties so that the PRKS can reach it's goal."

Thank you for your time,
Prime Minister-elect Tun Dean

The ARSB is highly interested in beginning extensive trade with the People's Republic of Kay Son. We have already established diplomatic ties (embassies) and we believe that trade between our two nations could very well intensify those ties. The ARSB is also open to a possibility of a free trade agreement between the ARSB and the PRKS.

Premier Boris Chlevenkov-

I am interested in opening relations with your country. Do you have a suitable airfield in which an envoy can be dispatched to discuss those matters?

Of course, Rostov International Airport is our most advanced airport in the nation and suitable for the arrival of diplomatic envoys... A diplomatic team as well as a motorcade awaits your arrival at Rostov International to take you to Rostov Royal Suites, one of the nation's finest hotels. The national parliament building is but a few blocks away as well as capitol building.

We hope you enjoy your stay.

Premier Boris Chlevenkov-

I have recently dispatched Ambassador Lady Lin Pak to Rostov International Airport, accompanied by members of her entourage. Please watch over her, for she is an honoured figure within the PRKS.

Assistance is actually needed within the monitoring of economic securities and bonds. A program has been insituted to prevent such unfortunate events from occurring but has not been fully implemented to successfull rates. Firm demonstrations of such faults have been met with under the table tactics that seem downright criminal. If your goverment or ministries have any talent in preventing such action from occuring, they are needed here.

Very well... She will be protected by the very best ARSB special forces personnel that Soviet Bloc has to offer. Fear not, she will be in safe hands.
