The people of Hattia have recently expressed interest (Through referendums) in allowing non-allies to establish embassies in the capital city of Haton. The Hattian government, as a servant of the people, obeyed the people's will.

Embassies will be allowed to maintain a force of no more than 30 guards. It would be preferable if local labor was used to build the buildings, but it is not required, and you will be allowed to supply your own designs, as long as it is reasonable. Embassy Lane is patrolled constantly by troops of the Hattian Diplomatic Guard.

Embassies, and Ambassadors will be afforded normal political immunities in general with exceptions. For example, if your Ambassador leaves the embassy and commits a crime on Hattian soil, they will be prosecuted.

Embassies of nations not on our allied list can be subject to searches by the Diplomatic Guard, and the Hattian Internal Intelligence Agency.

We banned private business, can we establish an embassy? If so, we will give you an embassy in our country with Trade Advantages and a Nonagression Pact, or possibly an alliance?

Hmm, well ideology doesn't matter if you want to establish an embassy, as you may or may not notice, quite a few of my allies are capitalists. Anyway, that sounds fine. Of course, you will not be on the ally list yet.
