Kamata has just announced that one of the Kamatian islands is being designated as a haven for Atheists. The buildings on the island are being rapidly constructed, and only Atheists will be allowed to visit. Of course, Atheists are allowed anywhere in Kamata, but this is a place where they can be alone without criticization. Other nations may send their Atheists if they aren't welcome.
