(OOC: Hi all. This is really more of a help topic. Talthia has decided to re-equip its military, quite rightly too as most of its armaments date from the early 70s. I'm not looking for uber stuff, for one thing there's no way I could afford it, but definitely equipment of a higher spec then the stuff I'm currently using. However, this is my first post and I have absolutely no (notice the stress) idea on how to conduct trade agreements. Are there any protocols? How much do you need to RP? And so on. I also need to find a nation willing to either sell/give/trade me either armaments or research on armaments. This looks as good a time as any...

In addition, how do I calculate my nation's GDP and military budget? I've browsed the forums but the few links I found to such calculators all came up with: Error: HTTP 404 not found.)

I'd sell you some stuff . . . but it can only be described as magitech. Modern-equivalent, but using things like subetheric cannon and such . . .

Basically, you have to RP it, same as anywhere else. There was a good guide to building armies somewhere . . . check the stickies at the top of this forum for more info. . .

(OOC: Thanks for replying, I am interested in the aeroplanes but the HTTP 404 thing happened when I tried to view the gun. As this is a general military overhaul I am still in the market for just about everything an airforce, navy and army would need. I'll RP in a moment, still feeling my way around. :rolleyes: )

Talthia wishes to extend its gratitude to Weapons-Tech incorp, and wishes to make it known that it is willing to purchase 50,000 Caliber 223 Rem's and 5000 Powerplant's, with the total cost of $125,000,000.
