How does buying weapons work? Are there certain rules? Or do you just rp the whole thing up?

Buying weapons is fairly simple. Everything is RPed, but you keep track of what weapons you have purchased. To buy them, there are a few processes:
1. Make sure you want to buy this. (For example, it's no fun when you buy a whole bunch of US-tech weaponry, and then decide you want your nation to use Soviet equipment.
2. Make sure you have enough money (Use a GDP calculator to see how much you can afford in one NS year)
3. Email me (or whoever) and tell them what it is that you wish to purchase, how many, and for what total price.
4. There never is a REAL transfer of money between nations, this is RPed. So you would tell whoever that you have wired so-and-so many dollars for the equipment, and they would reply but saying that your equipment has shipped.
