The United Kingdom's arms export authority has recently begun reorganisation and has allowed the export of a number of possible candidates.
The Hawker Siddeley GR9B Harrier is one.
The Harrier “Jump Jet” is unquestionably one of the modern world’s most famous military aircraft, having served in a number of configurations for British, Spanish, Italian, and American forces, amongst others, and engaged in the Falklands and the first Gulf War. Hawker Siddeley manufactures the single-seat GR9B for the Royal Air Force, which employs the proven airframe in the support of ground forces and secondarily in an air-to-air role.
Technical Data
A new Rolls Royce engine that gives a performance narrowly below Mach 1 in level flight (and up to Mach 1.3 in a dive) powers the GR9B. Ceiling is in the area of 15,000 metres (50,000 ft).
Armament consists of AIM-132 ASRAAM, free-fall and guided bombs, unguided rockets, Brimstone AGM, and 30mm Aden cannon pods.
Standard cost
The GR9B is expected to sell at £12 million per unit (in the region of US$21/22million), but as ever the size of a contract may have a bearing on the cost of a production run.
The Panavia Tornado GR4Z is yet another highly distinctive combat aircraft produced in the UK and serving (in different versions) across the world. Britain, Germany, Italy, Saudia Arabia, and Oman are amongst this swing-wing aircraft’s user countries. It is produced (in Britain) by British Aerospace.
Technical Data
Powerplant is two Turbo-Union RB199s giving 2,336km/h (1,452mph/Mach 2.2) at 11,000m (36,000ft.) or 1,140km/h (710mph) at sea level.
Crew is two man; pilot and weapons-systems-operator.
Armament and other equipment includes Emitter Location System, Air Launched Anti Radiation Missile, AIM-132 ASRAAM, 27mm Mauser cannon, unguided rockets, laser-guided and free-fall bombs, Brimstone AGM, and Storm Shadow cruise missiles.
Standard cost
Given at £14million (around US$25.3million)
The Jaguar GR3 is thought to be on its way to export status should it prove a more interesting prospect.

F-15E Strike Eagle. Able to dominate the air and the ground. Great thrust-to-weight ratio. Can attack satellites.
I would post the specs but its such a well-known aircraft I don't feel the need.
Let's say, 15 million each.

DCA Industries would like to offer a slightly less conventional solution - an attack airplane designed around a quarter of recoilless 57mm cannon but still having four hardpoints for conventional missiles and bombs.
Full details of the DCA Stormbringer Attack Jet can be found here http://tncforums.proboards34.com/index.cgi?board=DCA&action=display&num=1090044749
The price will be $30 million per airframe.

The LAS-B1 Bloodstain is a formidable strike aircraft, though maybe best suitred for strategic action... Other than that, the XF2 can provide a suitable strike solution combined with superior Air-to-Air capabilities.

The A-5 Centaur is the Shildonian Fleet Air Arm's newest front line attack aircraft. Powered by two EJ-200 afterburning turbofans capable of propelling the Centaur at speeds of up to Mach 1.4 using drythrust alone, and with afterburners, that figure increases to Mach 2.1.
Since you are only buying a small number of aircraft, you will be extremely pleased to learn that the Centaur can be refueled and rearmed within 30 minutes, allowing them to spend more time in the air doing damage and less time sitting on the ground doing nothing. Even complex tasks such as changing an engine can be performed in less than an hour by a well trained ground crew.
The Centaur has a range of up to 1100 miles, though this can be extended using in flight refueling, a task that can be performed by an ordinary Centaur equipped with buddy-tanks, though there is also a specialised tanker variant available if you prefer.
The Centaur is equipped with a variety of systems to increase its survivability against all types of missile, whether they be radar guided, heat-seeking or optically guided. The aircraft also has a self-escort capability as it can carry a variety of air-to-air missiles.
Examples of weapons load-outs for the Centaur:
Stand-off attack
4x Storm Shadow
2x ASRAAM
1x 1000liter fuel tank
Anti-Armour
15x Brimstone
2 x ASRAAM
1x 1000liter fuel tank
Maritime Strike
1x Yakhont-3
2x Cobra AAM
1x 1000liter fuel tank
These are of course, only examples. The Centaur is an extremely adaptable aircraft and we will ensure compatibility with your own weapons systems at no extra cost.
The projected cost of fulfilling this order is £350 million Shildonian Pounds ($700 million US), which includes spare parts and a simulator to facilitate easier training of pilots and navigators. The order would be completed within eight months.
However, don't take our word for it. We invite you to send some flight crews to our factory to test the aircraft for themselves.
