Dear Fellow nations,
As i am sure you are all aware the world is currently a very dangerous and unstable place. For this reason i am proposing that a multi national defence force is set up. The Number of troops commited by a nation is still negotiable but the force would need 2 b quite large to enable it to be effective in having th capabillity to defend any of its members. The force would not partake in any offencive millitary action and would only be used in the defence of member nation states. A more persific mandatate will be givern shortley. Anyone with any suggestions or a wish to become a member please post.
