The Principality of Oddessa has passed new legislation to change international policy of neutrality to 'Pre-emption', due to the recent strife and political issues plaguing the world today.
Any country showing a clear and present danger against Oddessa will be dealt with accourdingly, with a large armed force.
Currently, the 1st Fleet is moving into formation to protect the few docks and ship building facilities that Oddessa owns.
The 1st Fleet is mainly comprised of large attack and missile carrying submarines and destroyers. Currently, there are 5 aircraft carriers in production, but they won't be out to sea until the end of the year.

The Navy is comprised of 2 million Sailors
Meanwhile, the army is gathering at it's respected bases and preparing for action.

(Note: Currently there is only one of these in service, and no plans to make more due to the high cost of money and materials.)

Oddessa understands the position it is putting other government throughout the war in. Oddessa has come up with a treaty system that we think is fair. You help us by promising to do any thing to prevent Terrorism or the like, and we will help you with problems that you may need help dealing with. Just drop us a telegram.
