Sino begins nuclear testing in Xinjiang

Situation:
The Armed Republic of Sino Special Weapons Force (ARSSWF), in close cooperation with the Armed Republic of Sino Army (ARSA) has today begun underground testing of thermonuclear devices in the newly reclaimed part of China known as Xinjiang.
The tests are held on the old Chinese testing site of Lop Nor. At 0200 today, a tactical A-bomb was detonated underground in the forementioned area.

Not only were bombs detonated, there were also confirmed reports of test fires of ballistic missiles (with dummy warheads) onsite.

The ROC asks Sino to reschedule or suspend the testing due to the current situation in Xinjiang lest Uighur resentment be unneccesarily stirred.

Xiaguo applause Sino's efforts. However, we do ask you to put some restrictions on the numbers for testing. We don't want 3 nukes going up everyday or something.
We still don't have the technology to make larg nucleur weapons. Misleadingly, our nucleur weapons can maybe only destroy 2-3 buildings at once and not as effective. Maybe its not even nucleur, maybe its a hydro, but why not effective, you could only guess. So how about sharing your technology?
How about selling some of your weaponary to Xiaguo, we are in terribly larg demand.

250 miles above Sino, an Ebolanian spy satellite was recording massive nuclear radiation in the Sino desert. In a control bunker, intel officers were going nuts.
"Another nuclear nation?" breathed the Defense Minister. "Dear God."

The Hudecian government applauds Sinoese common sense in detonating the bombs underground to prevent large scale radiation contamination. However, we stress that the timing of such actions is not helpful.

Sino has not attacked and will not plan to attack Kyrgystan or Tajikistan. We have only waged a war against Daylami's invasion of China, Xinjiang being a major theatre of operations.
If Erinin dares to attack Sino or China, it shall suffer the endless deaths like many previous aggressors!
