In a recent announcement by Darian Disfa and Jennifer Falopian, the Armed Republic of Public Defenders has opened it's borders to trade agreements with friendly nations. The nation is limiting uranium sales to allied nations within it's region only, for obvious safety reasons, and even that is being closely monitored by the government to make sure that none of the material is being used for nuclear weapons.
Public Defenders has a wealth of natural resources, including large reserves of lumber and lumber products from the massive forests that once existed over the uranium mines. It has a fair amount of oil, but recently automotive demand has caused concern which will be met by a slight increase in oil imports. As a landlocked nation, seafood is rare and expensive, causing several food corporations to strive for greater import of expensive fish.
