Hi ppl, I was wondering if there was "general" time scale that everyone uses in NS. I joined about 2 weeks ago or so (yup, I'm still one of them #$&$@*^&^% newbies), and in my travels around the boards so far, I've seen several references to time frames, but they're all different. Is there an unspoken time scale law that most follow or should I just base it on a happy medium of the ones I found so far?
Also, I just started a new nation and region. I figured I'd build it up legitimately using the NS GDP calculator, which means my troops have nothing to fight with except for bad breath maybe. I'm looking to buy modern tech weapons, preferably U.S. made, but will consider others too so if any of you arms vendors want to leave a business card here, I'm ready to drop some cash on a regular basis for quite a while most likely.
