The All High Lord Emperor of the Lightning Star has signed an agreement with the Pakistani President that brings it into our country. The Areas of Jammu and Kashmir, which mostly like Pakistan, and many in their country wish to be Pakistanis, have also been incorporated.
"Today Is a great Day for both the Pakistani, Kashmiri, and Jammuan People as well as the lightning Starians! May this pact bring peace and prosperiety to our Nations!"
Under the pact, Pakistan will still retain some self Autonomy, but it will be considered part of the Lightning Star, as will JAmmu and Kashmir, but they will be under Pakistani Control.

NWFP is the Northwest Frontier Province I think. Its the tribal area along the northern border with Afghanistan.

As a show of support and goodwill between our two nation the Federation of Morathania will set up an embassy in Lightning Star. We will also give a gift of 5 T-90 and 15 M1A1 Abrams tanks as a show of our goodwill.

We accept this deal with Morathania and we are pleased that this deal has been accepted by the international Community so quickly.

The only thing we ask is that you become more democratic. This way your country can flourish as a becon of freedom and democracy in this dark world we live in.

The Emperor of the Lightning Star is a bit surprised to recieve this request, but believes that Morathania has a point. The people of the Lightning Star have been a bit restless and democracy would do the country good. While we do promise to become democratic, we arent going to fork over our Emperor though. Remember, England didnt go from Kingdom to Democracy in a day. It took almost 1000 years :)

We are send units as we speak. We are also willing to extend an alliance, if you wish. With it would include the forces we are sending to your nation, as a part of your army.

You can keep an emperor as a figure head and you could have parliamentary elections with opposition parties.

We agree to Extend the Alliance with Jangle Jangle Ridge, giving its citizens better acess to the Lightning Star than other countries. Your people dont have to go through customs, they have an extra 30 days on their tourist Visas, and you can buy a house here even if you arent a national, jsut to name a few.

We also agree with Morthania, and we agree that there will be a parliment. But the Emperor will still be the leader of the country, allthough is a bit less weak. (losing his absolute power and keeping only head of army and foreign affairs.)

That is exceptable as long as you keep a real democracy around. No rigged election and all that dictatorial crap. Otherwise an alliance between our nations is acceptable.

Ottoman troop have enter Gwadar and Pashi, and began construction of 20 massive dry-dock bay in Gwadar and Pashi.These Dry-dock will work as repair and refueling station for the Ottoman Fleet.after the lease ended the The Lightning Star may take the Dry-dock as a gift fromt the Ottoman Empire.
