Knowing that Communist Mississippi currently has ICBMs pointed at Malatose,The Ministry of Defense has responded by positioned 10 ICBMs in CM's direction.The Anti-ICBM system has been placed on High Alert also and Typhoon Class Ballistic Missile Submarines are prowling the waters near CM.

Actually it's been over 12 hours in the gradual step down plan my Premier spoke of. We've moved to Defense Level 3 and we're recalling all of our submarines back to CM.
However the SDI system remains on ultra-high alert.
We strongly urge Malatose to follow the example that Communist Mississippi is setting and to step down. Any action on the part of either nation could lead easily to a nuclear holocaust with billions of casualties. And effects destroying not only your two countries but also ruining those around you.
