We have watched with interest how youre nation has been making great profits with IPS.
Although, we have also noticed that you dont have enough building place for youre ships.
Therefore, we offer you the use of a factory complex in The Twin Citys OR a factory complex next to Port Freedom.
We will not be asking any money OR a sharing of the profits if you should accept this, however, a small amount of money each month or something else is always welcome,

This deal is most welcome. We wish to take advantage of both offers (a factory complex in The Twin Cities and Port Freedom). We are willing to pay a sum of $10bn for permanent access to the facilities. Is that acceptable?

We are glad that we could reach a mutually beneficial agreement so quickly. We will be taking on Camewottian workers for the factories soon, but it takes time to train them for their roles. Your help if much appreciated and will speed up our ship building efforts no end. Would it be possible for us to construct a light airport to quickly send small components (ie computers) to Praetonia?
