The Holy Empire of Liquid Goo is in crisis! It has no official governmental system however it has been run thus far by an acting president by the name of Ryan Quann. The people of Liquid Goo have requested that he resign from his post and that they hold a free election. However he refuses and has abolished free elections in the country. Ryan Quann was almost assassinated by angry drunks in protest of his actions. He has responded with a curfew and a ban of alcohol in the Empire. This has enraged the people and a new rebel party has shown up, with the leader as Quann's ex-wife Jerri Wal.

I, C. Rosea Gheil, wish to send a letter to any nation that wishes to help out with this matter.

The Royal Family is shocked and appaled at the blatant disregard for freedom that Ryan Quann has shown. We are in full support of the rebels, despite our normally neutral stance on politics. We hope that this ends swiftly without too much loss of life on either side.

Tenarius has prepared the 7th Covert Operatives Team for active duty. They hope to find out more about the rebellion and perhaps make contact with them.

If it is what the people really desire and should the good Ms. Wal authorize, the Aequatian Republic may act as a peacemaking force and maintain peace until both democratic elections are completed and a defence force consisting of native citizens is established to continue security duty within Liquid Goo.

The Triumvirate has chosen to support president and emperor Quann in his struggle against the murderous rebellion, looting the streets of Liquid Goo. As support, The Triumvirate has granted that the 2nd SEG division, fielding 10,000 soldiers and 200 armoured cars, may be send to Liquid Goo to help restore law and order, if Liquid Goo requests this aid.

In his Private Office, Premier Donathon with his Minister of Propaganda reviews the situation. They spoke for a couple hours and Minister Malchoir rushed out of the room, down the elevator, down the hall and ran into a dark room. He appeared between a hung Nycton flag and a camera. Lights turned on just to hit him and to eluminate the flag behind him. He looked down at the paper and it read:
"Greetings from the Inner Circle of Nycton and from Premier Donathon himself. We wish you good tidings President Quann! We have taken into account that you are in a very bad mess at the moment, and we would wish to proposal a deal with you. The glorious nation of Nycton will send Peace Keepers, Military and Humanitarian Aid, advisors and more. The deal on your side if you accept it, you will agree to take part in a slight regime change to a Government Style exactly like ours, a Fascist Dictatorship. You will no longer be a President, but a Premier to a glorious country, to ensure and enjoy riches and power for masses for decades to come. Wire us with your answer as soon as possible.
