Today an agreement has been reached by the Shah of Parthia and the Sultan of Oman that in return for mutual non-agression and a $10 billion aid package Oman will cede the Mussandam Peninsula to the Parthians. All Omani citizens there have either left or are to become Parthian Citizens.

Today 5 Parthian infantry, 1 Armor, and 1 Immortal divisions were moved from Hormuz to the Musandam Peninsula. A total force consisting of 100,000 Infantry, 1500 Tanks, and 25,000 of the Shah's much vaunted "Immortals" which are units that recieve special ops quality training.

The 7th Seige Division has been moved to the Mussandam and is being set up on the UAE-Parthian Border. So far 500 M-109s, 500 M-270 MLRS, 500 M-101s, and 20 200mm howitzers have been set up.

ooc: Immortals are named after the best soldiers of Ancient Persia. The Immortals of Parthia are also very high quality. Armed with OICWs and Scimitars the Immortals have special-ops quality training and are mounted in Bradley IFVs.

Immortal Equipment-
OICW or M-249 SAW or SMAW or M-47 or M-24 sniper or M-82 Barret sniper
Grenades
Body Armor
CBW gear
Helmet
Night vision and thermal scopes
and one very sharp Scimitar

Division Consists of 25,000 Immortals in M2-A3 IFVs and 200 M1-A2 tanks.

And 200mm guns are produced in parthia.
