The Scoylian Navy will be touring five days from now. We are in need of nations willing to have them stop over and discuss military issues. The tour is being done to improve relations with other nations military.

You are welcome to come and visit us. However, we must request that only a few of your ships enter the 3-mile protected ocean zone. The others can stay within out 12-mile border, but we cannot allow more than a few into the heavily guarded areas.
