I'm looking for a larger nation whom I might be able to break away from in a civil war-style RP. A few of the things I'm looking for (but of course, all people willing to become a parent nation for mine to break from I'll consider):

-Over 100 million in population
-Italian, or with much Italian citizenry/influence
-Politically domineering (i.e. Iron fisted, fascists, Nazis, whatever... you know, the usual oppressive government)
-Willing to become neighbors, preferably aggressive and unfriendly (for possible future RP's and such)
-Land-locked (or very little contact to the ocean)

WEll, Samtonia fits all those but the lots o' eye-talians. We're big, have only a small bit of ocean contact, like neighbors (to conquer! bwa-ha-ha!), and are currently a compulsory consumerist state that is run by the iron-fisted council of Samtonia. And we're willing to rp this.

I'll keep you in mind, but I'd prefer a nation with a large Italian demographic, which is what I'm mostly looking for. Otherwise, I'd be more than glad to break off of you.

Looks like it will be me, due to lack of reply... oh, and when I say small Italian population, keep in mind that the amount of people needed (5 mil) to create a country is small for Samtonia. What's 5 million or so when there's another 1.3 billion where they came from? So it would be possible for all Italians, though a minority, to rebel and create a new country.

Italian? There aren't that many large Italian population nations...

I'm guessing that since this will result in Fascisti Morali's breakaway from the said nation, which is probably going to be Samtonia. I take it then, that this would be a close roleplay without Samtonia's allies interfering? -pouts-

Yeah Zoogie, I won't be needing any help. I mean, if I wanted to, any rebellion would be gone in about ten minutes under the rain of thousands of artillery shells, but if we do this I'll find a reason to let this one succeed. Remote corner of Samtonia or something like that.

Alright, I'll accept your offer, Samtonia. I'll officially declare independence from you once I hold the opening discussions regarding a new constitution for my nation, and then you can come in, do the traditional "uh, I don't think so" and work from there, eh?
