Do to a freak geological occurance that seems very similar to what many claim happened to the lost city-state of Atlantis, Allanea has sunk into the sea. Thus, the Imperial Geological Service has been forced to update all maps. Here is what the new one looks like:

[This is, of course, assuming that Allanea has the guts to own up and actually make a very extensive change in the quality of his RP. Of course, I won't be able to see it, so I trust Feline will relay it to me, but I honestly don't expect it to happen.]

NS is much more fun when one ignores Allanea. Kudos to AMF for trying to stick it out, you have way more patience than I ever did, but I think you'll reach the same conclusion as SS.

I gotta admit... it looks pretty cool. I wonder if I could grab a plot of land in there. Start up a farm... you know raise the kids and such.

OOC: AMF? Ilek-Vaad? You too? If it's not a war RP (no offense, Allanea), then Allanea is pretty good. War RPs, he's kind of mediocre, but most of this is you getting emotionally involved in the situation, at least in SS's case. If you are reasonable with him, you can have a moderate amount of fun doing a war roleplay with him.

He's NOT been fun to RP with. I've even given him the benefit of the doubt at my own expense as to salvage the RP, but alas the absurdity continues......

Probably Artista, atlhough Artista on his worst days is better than Allanea.

Sorry Feline, but I have to agree with SS and AMF on this one, Allanea's RPing is infuriating, he's more likely to start a new thread than respond to your posts, at least that was the case with me. He absolutely refuses to be reasonable with casualties (in war RP's) and refuses to RP actually moving his troops, explaining how he supplies them and after he admits his forces are dead, they mysteriously re-appear and attack.

I tried non-war RP's with Allanea but his one-line posts, when he bothered to make them were pointless. I admit I'm not patient, but when you wait 3 or 5 days for response, while all the time he's posting to other threads, it's not worth it.

And no, he's probably not the worst RPer, but he is the worst I've personally encountered, but then I am very selective.

No, I'm aiming to taunt the now sunk Allanea. While I would be tempted to name if the Goobergunchian Gulf, the body of water is now in fact a Strait and considering the shit I've had to go through for Axackal I think the name I've given it is both an insult to Allanea and at the same time very appropriate.

Can I move to Haven? :D

Maybe because SS didn't TG you about. Come to think of I can think of some others around here that don't TG people when involving them and their forces in an thread..................Hmmmmmmmmm........Hmmmmmmmmmmm.....

OOC: I read that too. Very interesting. For the record, didn't HAEKO move out of Haven? I think that's a dated map.

Somehow I doubt that Ireland was Atlantis, most of the references to Atlantis were in ancient Roman and Greek texts, well before Ireland was even known. And I didn't TG Allanea because he has no say in me ignoring him.

a.) Well yes, but Atlantis was 'Beyond the Pillars of Hercules' better known as the straights of Gibraltar, and Ireland matxhes that. The archaeologist that wrote the study ( I have no idea what his name is, I only read briefly about it on the BBC's website) claims that Ireland's measurements are the same as described by Plato (was it Plato?).

b.) I wouldn't worry about not TGing Allanea, him complaining about that would be like Clinton complaining about someone else's adultery ;)
