The Kings Silver Jubilee, celebrating 25 years or George III's rule, has been devastated by a bomb in the last few minutes. He was in his gold carrage, with Queen Jane, built only for Jubilees when a bomb exploded underneath them, destroying the carraige. Eary reports indicate he is dead in which case Prince Paul would take over the throne, accompanied by Princess Lote.

Prince Paul, Charles, 1-year-old Prince James and Princess Rose, Sophia and Lotte were at the Palace Balcony, just 100 metres away down the Royal Pass.

We have just recieved a statement from emergency officials:

"The King and Queen have been recovered with very severe injury - but are alive. The strengh of the carraiage and softness of the gold is beleived to have reduced the blow. "

INJURIES SUFFERED BY THE KING AND QUEEN

The King:

Loss of right leg completely and left leg partially
Loss of lower right arm and loss of left hand
Blinded in right eye
93% of body burnt, 92% serious
89% of bones broken, 54% accounted to fall after being thrown out of caraige by explosion.

The Queen
Complete loss of both legs
Loss of left hand, loss of fingers and most of right hand
87% of body burnt, 0.2% not serious
90% of bones broken, 35% accounted...

A statement has been made by King George III:

"I have been talking with my wife, with the few ounces of strength we have left, about our current stuation. We have deemed our condition to be unsufitient for rule. Therefore, I have decided to abdicate, thus abdicating the Queen. This will mean Prince Paul takes the throne with Princess Lotte."

With this Prince Paul signed the document allowing him to be King, followed by Princess Lotte. He then took the crown and sceptre.

The King then declared:

"I hereby allow these two heirs to the throne to be King and Queen, thus abdicating me with immediate effect."

With this the King was taken out, followed by King Paul and Queen Lotte.

OOC: Could someone claim responsibility? Especially if it was an actual country.

IC: After investigating the type of attack on the royal couple, DSS has confirmed that this attack is a standard attack from the "Tigers of Malas" a group set upon making sure there province of Malas succeeds from Dumpsterdam. These rebels are ruthless and target any country ruled by royalty, in hopes of scaring Lord Rift and his council of advisors. We are truly sorry for this attack and a new plan for a offensive on the rebel held area's of Maras is now underway.

OC: Hey I never said they would be smart :D Besides, Dumpsterdam is a Constitutional Monarchy, we have elections but that still means Lord Rift is in charge so they can't tell the difference realy.

The Jonothanian Counter Terrorism Ministry and Agency are discussing what to do about this claim. In the mean time we will send over 5 A - 10 aircraft for counter terrorism use.

IC: The Dumpsterdanian goverment is currently preparing a massive full scale assault on the three villages the rebels have taken last month, troops from several countries are participating and we suspect the rebels to "lay down and die" when Dumpsterdanian Armed Forces turn up.
