Rebels gaining power in Penpusher Confederacy

As Penpusher Confederacy's Black community began to hear of the conflict in Communist Mississippi, gunfire began to be heard in Burntown, the capital. Groups of armed militants began to march toward Blue Square, where the Presidential Palace and several offices of executive officials are located, groups of troops began to barricade around the Blue Square walls. The gates were closed, snipers were placed in position, and police began rushing to the scene. The President, Prime Minister, and all the people who worked within Blue Square, were sent to safehouses in remote regions of the country. Many of the rebels were captured, although several escaped. They captured two leaders, and both were executed by firing squads. The largest city in the country, Rosnick, was already occupied by groups of rebels. As they progressed, groups of armed white militants began to gather. Several groups began to "unite" and called themselves the "White Liberation Army." The government began to fear a "race war." Martial law has been imposed and a state of emergency declared. Several civil rights were suspended, and the military (or what is left of it, since several left to join the rebellions or the "liberation armies") was mobilized to recapture Rosnick, and other towns and cities that are occupied by rebels. Since several leaders of the rebellion resided in heavily guarded estates captured by rebels, special task forces have been deployed to break into the estates, free any hostages that may be held, and capture rebel leaders. The government is planning to prosecute members of either group, since the black militants have been rebelling against the government and also shooting several white citizens for no reason, while the white militants have been shooting blacks indiscriminately. The government is appealing for foreign aid in this conflict.
