The Wulaishen Defense Forces are still flying outdated aircraft in their Air Force,and has requested that the Air Force needs serious integration......
Heres a look at what we need replaced:
Fighter Fleet,which is made up of 1800 J-6 Fantans,500 A-5 Fantans(CAS),700 MiG-21 Fishbeds,1000 F-5E Tigers,250 MiG-29A Fulcrums,
240 MiG-25 Foxbats,600 Su-27 Flankers,1000 MiG-23 Floggers,and 1700 Su-15 Flagons

Bomber Fleet,which is made up of 70 Tu-25 Blackjacks,480 B-52s,400 Mya-27 Mriya
Naval Fighter Fleet,which is made up of:300 A-4 Skyhawks,500 F-4J Phantoms,500 Su-27 Flankers,3000 A-5 Fantans.,150 Yak-15s

There is nothing wrong with most of those aircraft. DCA Inc is willing, however, to overhaul the airframes, replace engines, and upgrade avionics and sensors to make your aircraft equal to any RL tech fighter. An initial estimate of the cost of the upgrades would be $50 billion... before you gasp in horror, that's for upgrading all 16 000 some of your aircraft, and it can take place over many years.
