CM Minister of Foreign Affairs Paul Stahlecker has declared, “Libya is now open for white colonization.” Over 50 million whites from Mississippi have packed up their bags and begun the journey to Libya. The government of CM has announced it will spend 1 trillion dollars to build cities and settlements for the whites, and over 500 billion dollars to irrigate large amounts of land so the whites that wish to can become farmers. Right now Libya is about to be placed under CM law and the whites will be in charge of all aspects of government, economics, military, and society. The Arabs will be segregated to their own sections of the already existing cities and will be strictly forbidden from living in the white cities.

Initially, 4 new cities will be built. All of the cities are on the coast.

"New Jerusalem" which is approximately 25 miles west of Tobruk.
"Fabus City" which is approximately 12 miles east of Tripoli.
"Christus Rex" which is approximately 5 miles east and slightly south of Surt.
"New Jackson City" which is approximately 12 miles north-east of Benghazi


There will also be large amounts of white farms scattered throughout the interior of Libya. CM's Department of Agriculture has vowed that within 6 months Libya will be a lush, green paraside with plenty of farmland for any white who wants to farm.

This thread will be for libyan groups to stage attacks against white colonists and such.

If there is somebody who wants to play the role of a libyan militant group, just ask.


There are white settlements of about 2,000-6,000 scattered throughout the interior of Libya, linked by an excellent system of paved highways. Also canals have been erected all throughout the regions to provide the settlements with water for farming.

The 4 large cities will each have about 10 million whites living in them, the 10 million other whites will be in settlements or in the "white only" sections of the already existing cities.

The Imperial Triumviate would like to ask if the Libiyan government even agreed to allow CM to establish colonies.

Chellis too wonders if lybia gave permission for the whites to "colonize" the nation, and if not, why chellis shouldnt help them from invaders like it saved algeria from invaders. Algeria, that borders libya no less.

At a farming community about 20 miles south of Tripoli there were approximately 6,000 whites living in the community, it was spread out over 8 miles, and people owned lots of land. In the center of town there was a police station and a reserve army unit barracks, there were also a few isolated guard posts on the perimeter of the community. The colonists all carried M-14 rifles wherever they went, and there were 108 police and there was a regiment of 562 reserve soldiers (542 enlisted, 20 officers) in the town.

It was 3:08 a.m. and the sun soon the farmers would be getting up to begin their daily chores. Some of the reservists on the perimeter walked around, holding their german shepherd dogs on leashes. Two of the soldiers at a post were smoking and laughing. The were hoping to get leave to go to "Fabus City" later.


The silence and calm of the night would soon be interrupted.

If they wish for peace-keepers and rebuilding, the rebuilding would have to be completely competitive, as much as the lybians wanted, and the peace-keepers would be no more than two divisions worth.

I have over 4 million soldiers and 7,500 T-98 tanks (superior to the Abrams A2) I also have over 6,000 aircraft. My allies in the region combined have over 10,000,000 soldiers.

In the case of this being true, 20 B - 52 bombers have been set aside along with 20 Eurofighters and F - 35's. This is not an act of aggression, just one of innocent survailance. Any militant activity will be investigated and, if CM's colonisation is found to be legal, will be attacked. However we will not share intel due to an act of parliament forbidding intel sharing to communist nations.

We will TG you why, and the picture will tell you what we want to occupy. Less than we had even planned, and we wont take Zuwarah, just west of it. The blue is what we own, except for the line into lybia, which is what we want. We also wont take the city of Nalut, just on the west border of the city.

Walking down the streets in the white district of Tripoli one first comes to large roadblocks manned by white soldiers, there is a tank at the roadblock, there are signs in English and Arabic "Whites only passed this point". Walking along down the street you can see numerous small shops with signs only in English "White Only", "We only cater to white folks", "No dogs, no negroes, no arabs", "No muslims", "No Moors", "Only whites allowed in this shop", "This shop is White-Only."

There are dozens of white soldiers patrolling the streets all throughout the cities to make sure the peace is kept and order maintained.

The Libyans are just sitting back and letting their rage grow, like the calm before the storm. The clouds gathered overhead are about to break and vent their rage against the earth, so too are the libyans about to break and vent their fury against the whites.

Two Libyan boys aged 16 and 17 who didn't understand English were walking towards the white section of Tripoli. The white guards started screaming at them in English, they just shrugged and walked on. Their shoes echoing on the pavement. One of the guards started screaming, "White only you arab scum." The other guard yelled, "Stop right there or we shot you arab dog."

The two boys realized something was wrong, but one of them made the mistake of pulling out a knife and making a vain swipe at one of the guards. This was his own land, and while he didn't speak English he knew an insult when he heard one. He wasn't about to be pushed around by foreigners who had no right to be in his land. The guard jumped back and avoided the knife, the other guards trained their guns and the sound of gunfire echoed throughout the market. Both of the boys were hit by numerous round from the M-14 rifles of 1/2 dozen guards.

About 30 minutes roar went up throughout the arab marketplaces throughout the business district of Tripoli. Mobs of thousand took to the streets, with knives, clubs, molotov cocktails, pieces of brick, slings with stones, and what few AK-47s and pistols they could scrape together. They started shooting into the air and chanting in Arabic, "Death to the Infidels". The guards at all the roadblocks had fallen back into the bunkers and fortified positions that were built next to each roadblock. There were 7 million Libyans in Tripoli, 650,000 white colonists and 18,000 white CM soldiers along with 36,000 White Colonial soldiers.

A muslim cleric issued a call that the faithful of Allah should martyr themselves to destroy the infidels. About 2 hours later, there was a report that a muslim youth aged 16 snuck across a roadblock and then walked into the "Royal Hotel" in a white district of Tripoli and blew himself up (He used 70 lbs of C4 on his back in a miltary grade pack). The soldiers responding to the scene reported that 108 people were killed and over 500 injured.

The governor-general of Libya Franklin Westcott has issued a curfew for all non-whites, he has stated that any non-white seen within 1 mile of a white district after 6:00 p.m. is to be shot on sight.

8 Hummers were destroyed by molotov cocktails, and 1 BMP-3 was destroyed by an RPG. An improvised bomb placed along a road leading into Tripoli destroyed an Army truck and killed 5 soldiers and injured 11. Then, the clouds that had been looming ominously over the city suddenly burst, and a torrent of rain was unleashed against the city. Simultaneously as the rain began, the Libyans surged forward to attack the residence of the CM Governor-General, the office of Colonial Affairs, the office of Colonial Defense, the office of Colonial Defense, the office of Colonial Agriculture, and the CM embassy. All the buildings were located on the same road, the one most heavily defended was the Governor-Generals residence and the Defense building.

Mahmoud lay in the cold, damp dirt, disturbed from his subtle crawling over the previous night. These white bastards, these foreigners were raping the land of his country, oppressing his people, and, God willing, they would pay for it.

The air around his face was damp and stale, and all he could smell under the heavy camouflage blanket was his body odour. This minor discomfort didn't worry him at all, as he would be basking in paradise soon, laying with all of the virgins he could imagine.

A young 18 year old private in the reserves who had just finished basic training looked out to see 20 screaming crazed arabs about 200 yards away running down at his post. He panicked and ran inside the nearby guardhouse where 12 other guards were sleeping. He screamed "ARAB ATTACK". 12 men fell out of their beds and rubbed their eyes, they were still half asleep, they were in their shorts and t-shirts. They grabbed their rifles and ran outside to confront the arabs. One of them activated the alarm that would signal the police base and main reserve base in the center of the community about 5 miles away, but it could take them 10-15 minutes to get to this perimeter base.

Occ- crops of corn, wheat, and such and a few scattered trees. The farming communities have been heavily irrigated and the communities look like farming land in say Ohio would look like. Outside of the communities is a stark contrast as the deserts stretch as far as the eye can see.

The 13 guards fired rifle grenades at the arab forces, they also used an M-249 SAW. A nearby gun tower opened fire with a 7.62mm GE minigun.

Mahmoud was in such a furious, adrenaline-induced state, he almost didn't notice the 7.62mm slug that struck him near the right elbow, shattering the bone, and completely severing the limb.

Oblivious to the bullets striking the soil around him, he stopped, and bent over to pick his rifle up off the ground, and took it from the grip of his severed hand, and continued his charge, until a rifle grenade to the face ended it.

The gunfire ripped through four of the muslim fighters, and they dove to find cover and concealment.

Samir was the next-highest in command, he was picked as such because he showed proficiency with the SVD Dragunov sniper rifle he was holding in his hands as he got behind a small tree. He then yelled for his comrades to continue the charge, and create a diversion as he brought the head of the minigunner in the tower into his sights.

Doing as Samir instructed, they continued charging, now to some shelter, with three of them falling to machine gun fire on the way. The charging fighters reached a small domicile, and broke into it, emptying a clip on it's occupants as they planned their next move.

After the DZ was secured, C-130s deployed from airbases established off Cyprus (OOC: In a previous thread, I and several allies crushed the nation of Greece and Cyprus into the dustbin of history, and built a series of aircraft bases in Cyprus) airdropped tons of supplies for the insurgency, as well as several vehicles for the Green Berets.

Ask before you do. Also note we have over 1 million soldiers in Libya. You'd be wiped out nearly immediately. We have SAM sites and such, I'd like to know how to air drop anything when we have 20,000 fighters in the middle east (Egypt, Libya, and Israel) on patrols and such. You cannot God mod your way into Libya. Do it right or don't do it at all. And how convenient that none of your men failed to get in, no helicopters crashed from sandstorms, nothing.

Whittier and I rotated roles as usual, when Hans was involved I was Hans, when Hans wasn't involved, I was Josephine.

It was shortly after the CM forces had taken Libya and set up settlements of colonists there (September 20th, right before the aborted invasion of Kentucky was scheduled to begin. At the Alamo in Tennessee Hans Kaltenbrunner was talking to General Antonio Don Juan Miguel and General Philippe Bon when Josephine arrived.

(Hans) "Josephine hello, how are you, these are General Philippe Bon of the 1st Parachute Division and General Antonio Don Juan Miguel of the 2nd Parachute Division."

(Josephine) “Hello.”

The two generals said hello and then excused themselves to leave as they had work to do.

(Josephine) “Where are they going?”

(Hans) "They have work to do, running an entire division is time consuming."

(Hans) "I'm glad you came." (He leans in and kisses her) "It's nice to see you again."

(Hans) "Josephine, as you know CM forces have annexed Libya recently, and in early August colonists started moving there, almost 50 million."

(Hans) "I'm sure you also know the Arabs are crazy and are blowing themselves up to kill the colonists. The current governor general there is Franklin Westcott, and the high command doesn't think he is up for the job of keeping the Arabs under control. They are talking of transferring me to Libya."

The BB-04 "Curtis Fabus" the first of the Curtis Fabus class battleships built steamed into Alexandria as part of the ongoing process of bullying the local into obeying CM authorities and accepting CM rule. The commander of the ship was captain Gunther Lindemann, however an admiral was also onboard as part of the ceremony and pomp. The admiral was Admiral Ernst Raeder. The ship was basically just to sit a few miles offshore and pummel empty desert just outside of Alexandria with shells to demonstrate to the Egyptian peoples that they were conquered and should obey, or else.

We have over 1 million soldiers and 50 million civilians in Libya. It cost over 500 billion dollars to move them and we've already spent over 1.5 trillion dollars to improve the nation. Well it's not closed to every avenue, you can RP the actions of Arab terrorist fighting in Mississippian Egypt to stop their people from being kicked out. There are still a few thousand arabs in Libya who refused to be evicted. You can RP as them.

It served the function of a bunker in that it would keep him protected from just about anything, (he is 700 feet underground) but it was furnished like a palace. Premier Fabus has announced that he intends to visit Libya and Mississippian Egypt as part of his "Tour of Africa", he will also be stopping briefly in South Africa to speak with Afrikaners. He may also be stopping in Zaire to speak with some of the last of the old order of Belgian colonists. He may also stop in Angola to speak with some of the Portuguese who hung on and didn't leave when Portugal pulled out.

But for certain he will stop in Libya and Mississippian Egypt.

The truck was nearing a curve in the highway, there were sand dunes all-around. The guard tapped the driver on the shoulder and said, "Hey Gus. Would be mind stopping fer a minute, I gotta take a piss." The driver replied, "Sure thing Earl", and then slowed down and pulled off to the stopped right on the highway (There is no other traffic way out where they are)

Earl opened the door to get out to urinate, the dog stuck his nose in the air, as though he had immediately caught the smell of something, and he had a worried look on his face and he moved to get up, but Gus said, "No you don't" and pulled him back.

Earl walked about 200 feet away from the truck, over a sand dune, he looked out as he urinated, it wasn't a real pretty sight, just desert.

Gus looked down at his watch, it had been about 6 minutes since Earl went to go pee, Gus leaned out of the open door and said, "Hey Earl. You okay buddy?" As he talked, he drew his 1911 pistol and cocked it. He slowly stepped out of the truck and looked around the area immediately near the truck, then he reached into the truck and took Earl's M4 rifle (The rifle Earl left behind) and slowly walked forward to the sand dune.

When Gus had let his hold up on the dog, he jumped out of the truck and ran off over the nearby sand dune, barking violently.

Gus ran off after him to see what the trouble was. The dog and Gus arrived over the dune and saw nothing, no sign of Earl, no sign of anything, there were no tire tracks, no foot prints, no nothing. Then from all around him, men popped up from hidden spots in the sand. Arab commandos! The dog kept barking violently at the arabs and Gus had to hold him back with his hand.

I'm not in Saudi arabia, I suggest you talk to Parthia and IDF if you want to RP in Saudi Arabia. But I'll consider letting you handle some egyptian guerillas or something. Remember that in Mississippian egypt there are 10 million white colonists and 40 million arabs. Maybe there can be an uprising of stone slinging arabs.

CM is seeking to hire PMCs (Private Military Corporations) to help defend the lonely roads and highways in Mississippian Egypt. We also need the PMCs to perform bodyguard duty for key military and civil authorities in Mississippian Egypt. Also if the PMCs could perform duty such as moving supplies and running the supply convoys, that would be great as it would free up our soldiers and allow them to be able to go after the insurgents.

Perhaps 20,000-30,000 PMC operatives are needed.

A farming community about 80 miles south of Tripoli decided that action had to be taken to stop the marauding group of arab snipers that had been plaguing the area recently. They called governor Westcott who promptly decided that the army would fly 2,000 Mi-24 helicopters throughout the region to search for anything that looked suspicious. Each helicopter would have 6 soldiers in it, and if they saw anything, the helicopter would land and they would disembark.

If there was a single arab in the desert, the helicopters would find him. It was just a matter of time.

(Gus) (breathing heavily) "It's a city, in western Egypt, on the coast. It needs more weapons because they are fearing a possible attack by muslims sappers, I mean a large attack. It will start out with guerilla tactics and then go conventional and become city fight, that is what they fear. They're reinforcing the city heavily. That's basically all I know. Except that there were 12 regiments in Marsa Matruh about 24 hours ago, and it's probably tripled in number by now, we're talking 36,000 soldiers and probably 200 T-98 tanks and other heavy weapons."

When going to war against a NS nation it cannot be closed unless both powers agree. When I am going to war against RL nations and I invite others to play certain roles, that is enough. If you don't want to RP within the rules CM lays out, then don't RP with CM. I think I've been quite generous in handing out roles of insurgents to people.

One of the guards was in the mood to beat some arabs. He had the crew in the T-98 parked at the checkpoint point their machine guns at the car Abdul was in (There is usually a tank and a BMP-3 at each checkpoint in the event there is trouble)

"Get up. I'm going to make good on my promise and let you live, but unfortunately you're staying with us as a hostage. Plus, you're the only one here who really knows how to drive this damned thing."

He motioned for him to get into the cab. "Warm up the engine, will you?" He was followed by three guards, prepared to shoot him or the thin-skinned truck if an escape attempt was made. Qasoon turned to his men and addressed a few sharply in Arabic.

"Hasam, Qadal! Take your fighters and ride to Marsa Matruh. Link up with these sappers and fighters and tell them they have backup and more weapons. I'm going to follow you in the truck, but your horses will be faster than me over this ground. Let them know they have to hold off the attack until WE get there if they want to inflict some serious damage."

(Occ: We use wire mesh over the tanks so RPGs have no affect against them. Also the armor is so thick that the RPG would most likely just bounce off)


The shocked guards reacted quickly. The guard house door slammed shut and a screen of metal bars came down in front of it. The tank crew closed the hatch of their tank and the main gun swung into place and fired a round at the car of terrorists. The machine guns began to strafe the people. A bullhorn called out, "Drop your weapons and lay down on the ground." One of the guards in the Minigun tower opened fire and sprayed anything that moved. He killed 2 terrorists and about 37 egyptian bystanders.

From a nearby barracks, two platoons of soldiers came running out. They were all in various stages of undress, but they had hastily thrown on their gas masks and body armor. And their rifles spoke for themselves. The arabs were outnumbered, outgunned, and surrounded. One the soldiers called out, "Surrender now, or you'll die horribly, we'll smear pig guts on you, you'll never make it to heaven."

Abdul saw what was happening, and saw an opening in the soldiers into the city. His men layed down cover fire and he dissapeered into the crowd of Arabs. His men took cover and waited for the infidels to get close...

Instead of moving in, the men just took aim and fired. They also lobbed grenades from their 40mm grenade launchers mounted on a hummer into the crowd of arabs. After about 2 minutes of firing they stopped. The crowd was mowed down, 6 more terrorists had been caught in the fire, but over 300 civilians were killed.

There were 2 Mi-24 helicopters flying through the Arab sector of Tripoli, they were tasked with killing the spiritual leader of the Arab resistance movement, an old 82-year-old man who walked only with great difficulty and the use of a cane.

The two helicopters sped up and rapidly approached the marketplace where the cleric would go everyday to speak to the businessmen about helping the poor. However he also made calls for suicide bombing.


The helicopters approached the marketplace and the pilot of the 1st one said, “Approaching marketplace. Target acquired but at least 200 Arab civilians are present in the immediate area.”

With that, over 40 rockets from the 2 Mi-24s crashed into the marketplace and killed the terrorist spiritual leader and 132 civilians. Also there were 413 civilians wounded.

Occ- The governor-general of Mississippian Egypt will be visiting Tripoli for 3 days to speak with governor-general Franklin Westcott of Libya.

Governor-General Burkhard Rechberg (51) The governor-general of Mississippian Egypt (Alexandria, Marsa Matruh, Siwah, Damiette, and Tanta) He is a cruel and oppressive man, but he is an economical genius and he is a very well skilled orator.


Rechberg prefers to ride around in an open top car so that his subjects can see him and know that he rules them. He is a very arrogant man. (Occ- infer what you want from the open top car. Lets just say you happen to find the route his motorcade will be taking into the city. RP it well and I'll let you do it)

3 days after the rocket attack against the arab terrorist spiritual leader.

Governor-General Burkhard Rechberg of Mississippian Egypt and his motorcade prepared to enter Tripoli. There were 8 BMP-3s, 12 Hummers (with various weapons) and 2 T-98 tanks, then there was the governor's open top car, there were two guards that would stand on the running board, the driver, and the two guards that would sit inside the car. The governor was sitting in the rear right seat.

He smiled and waved to the white colonists lining the streets on the outskirts of the city. They waved, threw flowers, and some women blushed as he waved back. His motorcade would have to go through 3 blocks inhabited by arabs and he was a little anxious about it. But he had plenty of guards, and he was confident no arabs would attempt anything.

His bodyguard sitting next to him said, "Arab town, coming up."

The car began to pick up speed to move through the arab sections. The governor said, "They don't look too happy. And why aren't they working?"

He yelled as loud as he could, "Get back to work you arab dogs."

The car passed through the first block without incident and then started to pass through the second block...

IC:Abdul looked out the window of the building. The infidels were in sight. Now he need his distraction.

A car crossed the street and "broke down", blocking the way forward. There was a large crowd forming behing them. It was now time to take the shot. Abdul stared down the scope of his Dragunov, seeing the anger on the infidel govener's face that he had been halted. The infidels looked as if they would open fire any second. Abdul had the infidel's head in his crosshairs.
CRAAAACK
He saw the infidel's head explode. Just then the next part of the ambush took place. PKMs had been set up in windows overlooking the sight, and they now opened up on the HMMWVs, AT4 Spigot missiles flew out of the windows into the top and side armor of the T98s, RPG men hidden in the crowd and other windows opened up on the BMPs. It was time for Abdul to leave.

The commander of the T-98 popped the top hatch open. His tank had taken a beating, but the T-98 was great in crew survivability. The tank was scrap though, but the crew were all alive. There was smoke coming out of the tank, the fire protection system automatically engaged and the ammunition was sealed to prevent rounds cooking off. The commander exited through the top hatch, coughing and using his hand to fan the smoke away from him.

He jumped down to the ground and looked around, holding his MP-5.

The other 2 crew members went out through the bottom escape hatch. Each had their MP-5 at the ready.


The governor was dead, pieces of his brain, pieces of tissue, and a stream of blood had splattered over the guard sitting next to him.

One the hummers took a direct hit from an RPG-7 round and the vehicle flipped over numreous times as it was propelled about 20 feet off until it hit a building, in the process it killed 4 of the arabs that had gathered around when the hummer came crashing into them.

2 of the BMP-3s were smoking. The soldiers that survived struggled to crawl out of them, they were helped by those who were still in good shape. Also the other BMP-3s came to a halt. The soldiers in them jumped out.

There were 12 hummers and 8 BMP-3s, each hummer had 4 men in it. 1 hummer was gone. 2 BMP-3s were hit, each had 3 crew and 6 soldiers. A total of 6 crew and 8 soldiers died. So that means 2 left from there.

So 44 hummer soldiers are alive. And then there are 6 BMP-3s intact. The 36 soldiers from the BMP-3s and 22 soldiers from the hummers, joined by the 3 tank crew and the 2 survivors from the BMPs that were hit all jumped out of their vehicles. Weapons at the ready. The intact T-98 made the first move. It plowed into a crowd of Arabs as the commander began to fire his machine gun into the crowd that gathered (About 20,000 arabs). The soldiers moved off, running through the crowd, shooting anybody that moved. A woman tried to grab her child and run, but they were cut down by a 50 caliber round from the tank's machine gun. They both fell over cut to pieces and landed in a cart of fruit.

The soldiers moved off through the crowd, attempting to scatter them. But the crowd wasn't scattering. Despite being unarmed, the men of the crowd began to throw rocks and bricks at the soldiers. The soldiers returned fire with deadly accuracy and cut many of them down. But one in the crowd screamed "Death to the infidels!" and then the crowd surged forward. It was as though a dam had just burst and the unrushing torrent was unstoppable. The commander of the approximately 63 soldiers out of the vehicles that were firing ordered the men with M-14B rifles to fix bayonets. They had just finished fixing them as the charging crowd of 8,000 men and teenage boys was about 80 feet away. They leveled their rifles and unleashed a barrage of fire that cut into the crowd. But the crowd surged forward, pushing over the bodies of their fallen comrades, they would kill many infidels this day.

Then the crowd impacted into the soldiers and began knocking them over, bashing them in the face with fists, rocks, sticks, anything heavy.

The soldiers, just reserve units, broke ranks and ran, this wasn't supposed to happen. Unarmed people fighting back. A few dropped their rifles and ran, but all ran, they ran for the BMP-3s and the hummers that were turning to flee. They were going to have to call in parachute units to handle this.

The BMP-3s and Hummers began to speed away as stragglers jumped on. About 1/2 dozen soldiers didn't make it, and they just dropped everything but their pistols and started to run. It was about 2 miles to the white district where there would be over 1,000 paratroopers at the entrance. They ran as fast as they could. The entire city was coming down on them.

They left the bodies of over 38 soldiers and vehicle crew behind in their haste to get away quicker.

Abdul ran out of the building, watching as the crowd swarmed the infidels.
He knew this would spark a massive retaliation on the part of the infidels, so he lept into a manhole and headed out of the city. Abdul had once again dissapeered.

The arab crowd dragged the bodies of the slain infidels through the streets and had it all on camera(think blackhawk down), the wounded infidels were publicly shot with a pistol to the back of the head.

Governor Westcott has declared a state of emergency and ordered that any arab building within 2 miles of a white district or entrance to white district must be torn down. They are readying to use parachute units and artillery forces to smash the arabs.

There were approximately 1,566,000 CM soldiers in Libya due to depart in a few days. They had been there for the ground war against the Libyan army. But since the Libyan army was destroyed and the ground war ended very quickly, they were leaving.


There would be the White colonists army of about 468,000 (Not counting vehicle crews, artillery crews, tank crews). Then there was the white colonial air force of about 600 fixed wing aircraft and 1,200 helicopters.



CM would maintain a garrison of CM Army soldiers. But this would be about 882,000 soldiers (Not counting crews for weapons, vehicles, tanks, etc). And approximately 720,000 of the soldiers were reservists.

They are lightly armed and the only weapons they have are what they can carry or mount on a hummer. CM forces just outside of the Tripoli were wondering what to do. The city had effectively been divided into "Arab Tripoli" and "White Tripoli" there was a one-mile gap in-between the two. Governor-General Franklin Westcott of Libya had witnessed on the news that his best friend, Governor Rechberg was cruelly struck down by the enemy. He picked up the phone and contacted Admiral Ernst Reader who was currently in White Benghazi after having left Alexandria.

The MKM Curtis Fabus Battleship was also there. He told the admiral that the ship was to immediately put to sea and sail to about 5 miles off the coast of Libya outside of Arab Tripoli. The admiral told Captain Gunther Lindemann who was the captain of the Curtis Fabus about their news orders. The captain immediately went about personally going into the city and chasing his men back onto the ship. A large number of the crew were either drunk, hung over, or stricken down by venereal disease.

There were approximately 8 million Arabs in "Arab Tripoli" and they had no idea what was about to happen to them. Thus far Arab insurgents had killed over 5,000 white soldiers and about 14,000 white colonists. The killing of the governor was the straw that broke the camel's back. The CM forces were done playing nice. They were going to surround the city, line up shoulder-to-shoulder, and then sweep into the city and kill anything that moved. Then they were going to open up a barrage from the MKM Curtis Fabus, combined with aerial attacks and artillery barrages. In a few hours Arab Tripoli would be just a memory that would hopefully quickly fade in the minds of the public.


I think it goes without saying this is all being done in secret.

1/2 dozen different Arab groups in Libya have formed "The United Jihad for Libya" (UJL) and have begun to gather together. They have marched through the streets of certain arab cities (places where the White colonial units are now afraid to go, and where the CM army garrisons don't want to go either)

CM reserve units are basically just sealing-off the arab cities and trying to keep anybody from moving in or out. Meanwhile the forces that were due to depart Libya have left. The forces that were due to depart Mississippian Egypt left. Leaving only the white colonial forces, and the CM forces that were left as permanent garrisons.



Terrorists in the arab district of Benghazi and Tripoli marching through the streets armed with various weapons, were filmed by international camera crews.

The forces that had sealed-off the Arab part of Tripoli were ready to move

18 CM Reserve Divisions, 1 CM Parachute Division, 1 CM Regular Army Infantry Division, 1 CM Army Armored Brigade, 1 CM BMP Mechanized Brigade, and 3 Colonial Infantry Divisions, 2 Colonial Armored Brigades, and 2 Colonial Mechanized Brigades will take part in surrounding "Arab Tripoli". About 444,000 soldiers not counting vehicle crews, artillery crews, tank crews, etc.



They were also joined by 300,000 paramilitaries from the Libyan Realm of the WKM.

There were 8 million native Libyans in the Arab part of Tripoli. There were 3 million males between 12-50 that would were in shape to fight, but they were armed mostly with either bricks, bottles, clubs, and the luckier ones had AK-47s and RPG-7s (About 300,000 with AK-47s, 600,000 with SKS rifles, 5,000 RPG-7s amongst the group)

The appointed time arrived at the MKM Curtis Fabus laying in wait just off the coast began to fire its guns, but the captain and admiral had a great idea. They fired 1/2 of the main guns one direction, and the other 1/2 the other direction, that way the ship wouldn't capsize. The effect of the guns was devastating; hundreds of massive shells came crashing down on the shocked citizens of the Arab district of Tripoli. Then the Mi-24s came in to fire thousands of rockets and strafe and kill anything that moved.

The soldiers then began their advance, methodical, block-by-block, house-by-house, sweeping everything. Anything that was moving and wasn't wearing a uniform of either the colonial or CM armed forces was immediately shot.

The first hour of the offensive they had become bogged down by enemy gunmen swiftly moving from one building to another, firing an RPG and then falling back to a new building. The CM forces had suffered over 800 killed and 12,000 wounded within the first hour. They decided to fall back; they resumed their siege lines and brought up heavy artillery. They then began to fire, a merciless barrage. Almost 1,000 howitzers, several thousand mortars, hundreds of tanks, helicopters, and then the "Curtis Fabus" in the sea. All were taking their toll of the Arab district of Tripoli. If the CM forces had lost 800 thus far, the Arabs had to have lost over 500,000.

If the gunmen wanted a chance to save their people they would have to come out and do open battle with the CM forces. CM forces were not about to be dragged into a city fight.

A massive sandstorm raged all around Tripoli while this was going on. So nobody was the wiser that CM had decided to wipe out the terrorists (CM will stop the bombardment when CM is convinced that no Arab terrorists are left in Tripoli. We'll stop in a few hours; just enough to teach the Libyans terrorism is not the way to go about things). Well actually CM had decided to let the army deal with them their way.

Word did get out, but only to other Arabs all throughout Libya.

Local police reported that their stations were coming under siege by Arab mobs. They desperately requested help. The reserve units that rushed to help them were often ambushed. Thus far outside of Tripoli, over 4,000 CM police and soldiers have died, 1,200 white colonial soldiers have died, and 5,000 white colonists have died, as have 79,000 Arab rebels.



One police station reported, "They keep coming, there are thousands of them, they're armed only with axes, knives, and clubs. We've shot down over 500 and still they come. Send help immediately." The 8,000 reserve soldiers who arrived found that inside the police station was a blood bath, there were over 600 Arabs dead right outside the station, 400 dead about 1/2 block away, there were 200 dead inside the station, over 50 police dead on the first 2 floors, and there were 10 police dead on the roof. The reserves were arriving too late to save most of the police stations.

Arabs were filmed jumping up and down on a police helicopter they brought down with an RPG-7. They dragged the pilot's body through the street and spat on him.

Outside of Benghazi approximately 30,000 jihadists attacked a white farming community of 7,000 (guarded by 4 rifle companies and 200 police officers and 1,000 armed male farmers)

The Arabs were all around the community, they would have overrun the entire village had it not been for 50 Mi-24s making a timely arrival and firing thousands of conventional rockets against the masses of Arab rebels.


Governor Westcott desperately phoned Mississippian Egypt and asked them to send in all their parachute units, mechanized units, and armored units.

Mississippian Egypt declined as they were having problems of their own.

The Governor then phoned CM High command and said, "Only the 1st and 2nd parachute divisions can save the situation in the eastern part of this colony. We need the sort of training and experience they have. What? Hogsweat? Surrounded?" He slammed the phone down and threw it against the wall. Oh well, the soldiers in the colony were good soldiers.

An Arab man walked into the department of colonial affairs office in Tripoli and screamed, "Allah will destroy the infidels" before he blew himself up. Over 200 employees were killed and the building is no largely scrap metal.


The arabs in Libya had declared intifada.

Footage of arab boys throwing bricks and rocks at CM tanks and then the gunners mowing them down were broadcast all throughout the Arab world by arab news networks.

Also there was the footage of white colonial soldiers firing into mobs of arabs throwing stones. 8 colonial soliders were injured in the stone attacks and 20-30 arabs were killed.

There were reports of at least 30 suicide bombings throughout Libya that all combined claimed about 500 lives.

There was also footage of the libyans using a rare weapon for them, an SA-7 to bring down a CM Colonial Airlines commercial airliner. The Jihad group quickly claimed responsibility.

Then 24 jihadists with AK-47s and suicide bomb vests walked into a crowded church in white tripoli and took 400 people hostage. They were demanding that CM withdraw from Libya within 72 hours.

4 Colonial Army T-98 tanks roll down the streets of arab Benghazi. About 20 young arab boys begin throwing rocks at the tanks. One of the tank commanders "Load heat" the main gun then turns, and fires. The round impacts in the middle of the group, it blew 12 of the boy right to pieces. The other 8 were blown clear and sustained only minor injuries. However the commander popped open the hatch and leaned out with his MP-5, wanting to mow the rest down himself. A barrage of bricks and bottles sent him collapsing back into the tank, he had suffered a concussion.

The other tanks were using the machine guns to mow down crowds throwing bricks. Suddenly a loud noise was heard as 6 RPG-7s simultaneously impacted against the rear of one of the tanks. The tank sat silent for about 30 seconds, before the turret blew off and went about 20 feet into the air, the fire control system had failed and the ammunition had all gone off.

Another tank started to rotate in position, then a young boy wearing a vest of 20 lbs of C4 made a mad dash for the tank. The machine gun rounds alway seeming to land just behind him. He dove under the tank and hit the button. The tank went up in a ball of flames. The driver and commander jumped out through the hatch and they were both on fire. They ran around on fire for about 90 second before they fell over and died.

An arab news network had broadcast it all live to the entire middle east.


The scorched bodies of CM soldiers being pulled through the streets by ropes attached to Libyan trucks and cars. Jumping and cheering young boys.

The CM government had decided to send in 5 divisions from the RGISA (Republican Guard Internal Security Army) because the RGISA units specialized in crushing rebellions, it was what they trained for, basically all they trained for. The Libyans had no idea that the stakes were about to get a great deal higher.

Abdul had decided to return to random sniper attacks. He came upon a small military checkpoint on the outskirts of Tripoli. He was at least 600 meters away, and in a concealed position, they would have a hard time finding him. He placed his crosshairs over an infidel sitting in the guardhouse, manning a machine gun. He squezed the trigger, exploding his brains all over the house. One of his comrades saw, and ran into the house to try and call for back up, but he too recieved a bullet to the head. There was a tank sitting nearby firing randomly into the city, the infidels must have thought he was there. He picked the gunner off the top. Abdul's bloodlust was satisfied for now, he headed away from the city under the cover of darkness.

Governor Westcott was talking to a man, a professional assassin. They showed him a picture of abdul taken by satellites and then by a camera from an ATM, and other sources. The assassin said, "Yeah, I can handle it. I want the 50 million put into my account though. You'll have his head within a week."

OOC:I smell an Enemy at the Gates esque sniper fight.

The man, Gregory Dalton, an ex-captain who was a sniper in the Republican Guard and was also a teacher at the sniper school and the special service school, had been tasked to hunt the arab enemy down. He had basically written the book on stalking and assassination of a dangerous target. He was accompanied by 1 arab who would serve as a scout, carry his supplies, and possibly make good bait if the need arose. The arab was well-paid and seemed keen on hunting down the other arab. Dalton moved off into the streets of Al Khums, where latest intelligence had placed the arab terrorist.

Abdul had been informed by a well placed source that he was being hunted. It was time to lay low. He snuck into the city of Al-Khums, where he would hide in the sewers.

Abdul was worried that they would take retribution against his family. They lived in Al Khums and although it would be a big risk, he decided to make his way there via the sewer; he could pop right out of the sewer about 1/2 block from his house and then sneak in. He had his mother, father, his three sisters, and two brothers to worry about. (Sisters aged 15, 17, and 19. Brothers aged 18 and 16)

He managed to wade through the waist deep water of the sewer; he could tell the water level was picking up. The CM forces were purposely flooding the sewers to chase out anybody who might be hiding in there.


Abdul arrived at the right sewer exit and quietly made his way house. He saw that CM soldiers were passing down the street heading in the opposite direction.

He walked into his house and his mother was crying, his father took Abdul aside and quietly said, "They took your brother Achmed yesterday, and now look what they sent back. May Allah destroy the infidels!"

(He points to a box, inside the box was the severed penis of his 18-year-old brother Achmed. With a warning, "Tell him to surrender or the next thing to go is his head. Even you Arabs should know that a man could live without his dick, but not without his head. But one thing is for sure, either way, he won't be producing more Arabs."

His father then told Abdul, "The white infidels, they brought in a squad of black mercenaries and stood by while the blacks raped your sisters. They beat me with clubs when I tried to stop them. Your other brother, he was not home at the time, the white infidels had stopped him as he was attempting to get through a checkpoint, and he didn't arrive home until later. May Allah destroy the infidels."

Abdul was burning with rage; he didn't know what to do. There were far too many infidels to fight alone. And most of his cell had been killed. Suddenly his thoughts were interrupted by a loud series of explosions about 4 houses away. He looked outside and saw 3 Mi-24 helicopters firing rockets into the house. They had reason to believe there were terrorists being sheltered there, well never mind that there were 8 civilians in the house as well as the 2 terrorists. The CM helicopters moved off and the house was left a burning wreck. Out of the basement crawled one of the terrorists, slightly wounded.

The terrorist walked to Abdul's house knocked at the door and said, "Abdul, it's Yasser, let me in quickly, it's an emergency." Once inside he said, "They blew my house up and killed everybody inside, everybody. But I have a secret cache of 2 SA-17s out in the desert, about 5 miles outside of the city, I think we can get to them, and then we can shoot down some CM helicopters. The weapons are buried near the large tree 20 paces away from the oasis." As Yasser was talking the report of a 308 rifle was heard and Yasser clutched his chest and fell over. The assassin had struck, and moved on.


Yasser was alive but badly wounded, he said, "Abdul, it's up to you, go on without out me, I won't last long like this. 20 paces from the edge of the oasis, under the tree. They're in a large army crate with Libyan markings on it. There is also a small amount of rifles and ammunition. Go, fight for Allah. Kill the Crusaders. See that they go home in bags. Go now." (Yasser slips into unconsciousness)

Abdul was in a religious rage. His family had been dishonored, and his brother was nuetered. The infidels would pay for this. Abdul knew his brother would rather die than live a life without his dick, so he told his parents to do nothing.
He quietly made his way to the weapons cache, and grabbed an SA17 launcher with 3 spare rounds. He had a plan to slay the infidel who hunted him. He still had a brother left. "Saheed, my brother, do you wish to kill some infidels?"
"Always, Abdul, for it is the will Allah."
"Good, we leave immediatly."
The two brothers set out to go shoot some helicopters down. A lone patroling Hind was spotted. Saheed knew what to do. Abdul was nestled in a nice spot were he can snipe infidels. Saheed was camoflaged in the brush, and had set up a hommade rocket that he could launch remotely. Saheed hit a button on his remote control which fired the unguided rocket in the helo's general direction, the hind spun around and fired at the rocket site with cannons and missiles. At that moment Saheed fired his missile at the unsuspecting chopper. The rocket slammed into the rotter, and it errupted in a plume of flame and fell to the ground in a vale of smoldering ash. Two other rebels opened up on the wreckage to kill any survivors. If this wouldn't lure the greedy infidel mercenary, nothing would.

The two pilots in the helicopter limped out and struggled to crawl away. One of them managed to struggle into a sitting position and he smacked the bolt closed on his MP-5, he leaned against a wall and readied to shoot any arabs he saw. He was down in the middle of arab town, and the nearest army or police was 6 miles away. The police bases inside the arab towns had all fallen to siege.

There was a crowd of about 500 arabs moving to the crashed helicopter.

2 colonial commandos volunteered to be inserted into the fray until a force could be put together to rescue the pilot and gunner.

An Mi-24 flew in high over the city, then dropped to just above the road in seconds, the 2 men jumped out of the helicopter and checked to make sure the magazines in their M-14B rifles were properly seated in the gun. They opened up a quick burst on the first 4 arabs that were coming around the corner, they had clubs and one had a pistol. But they were caught by surprise by the 2 commandos.


The 2 commandos ran up and got the pilot and gunner behind a wall of hard brick in front of a mosque. They then readied for the assault.

Saheed was really enjoying watching the infidel helos burst into flame and fall from the sky. He quickly ejected the empty tube, and replaced it with a loaded one. He aquired the target, and heard a beeping sound, it was then when he knew to fire, and he did. The second missile streaked into the sky, this time colliding with the tail rotor, sending it spinning out of control. The rotors split apart, sending shrappnel everywhere.

Abdul did nothing, for he didn't want to reveal his position. His brother and him looked very alike, and if he was correct, the mercenary would believe Saheed was him.

A mortar position opened up on the second crash site, splattering the survivors everywere. A mob of several thousand began forming around the first crash site. The infidels would have a difficult time retaking it.

Suddenly a large screeching sound could be heard. Shells burst overhead the large mob near the second site, and the people started to spasm, cough, hack, choke, and then they fell over dead. The air stank of camphor (evidence of soman gas). Abdul knew he would have to move along quickly before the gas settled over his area also.

The two commandos put their NBC suits on and they helped the pilot and gunner suit up.

(Occ- My military manual says standard reaction drill, hold your breath, close your eyes, put your mask and suit on, it tells you how to do it, once it's on, exhale sharply to get out any trace amounts that might be in your mask intact or such. Soldiers are expected to train until they can get it done in blindfolded)

A burst of fire rang out from one of the commandos M-14B rifles and 1 of the rounds struck Saheed in the lower leg. He limped forward and dove behind a wrecked car.

Abdul witnessed an Mi-24 flying above another large crowd. The Mi-24 fired some rockets that burst in the air and a liquid/vapor fell out over the people and they all writhed and spasmed, they were all dead within 30 seconds. (VX)

There were over 300 people in the crowd that had been killed by VX gas.

Abdul saw three police in NBC gear running his way. They told him to get down, he dove down and fired his AK-47 at all 3 of them and caught them off guard. He then ran over to them and removed their gas masks and put one on for himself and one he gave to Saheed. In the distance he could hear more Mi-24s and SPA units moving his way.

Overhead he could see Su-25s were indiscriminately dropping 500lb incidenary bombs on dozens of arab structures. (The arab district of town will go up in flames due to the material the structures are made of)

Abdul dragged his brother to the ruins of a building. Abdul took Saheed's SA17, and targetted another Hind. He fired, the missile entered the cockpit, blowing it apart. A large crowd began jumping on the wreckage and beating the survivors with clubs and rocks, and the severed limbs of the pilot.

Abdul bandaged his brother while laughing at the infidel's misfortune. Just then, a .308 bullet whizzed by his head, and struck Saheed right between the eyes. He knew the assasin had come. He took cover, another round whizzed by his head, he saw a muzzle flash. Another bullet stuck him in the shoulder. He gotr down low. He knew were the infidel hid, but could do nothing.

Dalton forced himself to stay conscious. He kept his gun trained right at Abdul's chest. He said, "Well arab, you going to finish me off now, your kind prefer their victims unable to fight back. Why don't you just go on and get out of here, I'll tell them I couldn't find you." Abdul just stands there not knowing what to do.

Dalton attempted to take out a cigarette holder but he fumbled with it, it slid in front of Abdul, "Hey arab, you want to help me, hand that back please, you can take one if you want."

Dalton has managed to pull himself up and is now resting with his back against a brick wall, the wall was cool and it felt good on the back of his neck. Soothing cold, he wished that his entire body could be as cold, he hated warm weather. He prayed for cold, and he prayed for sleep, but he knew to fall asleep now would be a death sentence. He would never wake, either his wounds or the arab would kill him.

Abdul exited the war-torn city. He continued back to Tripoli to find it in ruins. He managed to sneak by a sentry post, and met up with Hassan, who miraculessly survived the bombardment.

"That was some excelent marksmanship you demonstrated on the govener, Abdul." said the Hassan. "We have another job for you. Their is a meeting going on in the infidel stronghold known as Fabus city, we need you to kil the infidels attending. It would be suicide trying to breech security, so you will have to plant a bomb."

Didn't you bother to read the posts I made where I spent 1 trillion dollars to set up irrigation canals in Libya and Mississippian Egypt. I also spent 500 billion to haul water in from all throughout the world so we can build about 40-50 massive artificial lakes. I also setup about 400 desalination plants on the coast so we can get water from the sea.

Economically, you are insignifcant here, your treatment of North Africans is the main problem that the USSV has. If the USSV was worried about trade with CM it would not have taken the actions it has, however, the USSV is worried about the treatment of the Libyan people and will not uphold relations with a nation that violates the rights of any people.

Also we won't need to keep spending money on the lakes and canals, except to maintain them, much less than it cost to build them.

I estimate that keeping the white libyans with enough water to prosper will cost no more than 500 billion per year.

Egypt will cost about 200 billion per year.

Angola will cost about 100 billion per year.
