The People's Republic of Japolbad sends an open invitation to all capable nations to use the uninhabited areas of Japolbadia for ICBM testing. This serves our nation by detering the numerous invaders of our enormous homeland.
There are a few rules:
-- you MAY NOT fire a missle from within our borders, our land may only serve as a target.
-- you MAY NOT fire at the inhabited area of Japolbadia or anwhere within a 100 mile radius.
-- you MAY NOT fire on the ECF base in the southern peninsula. This area is protected under our laws
-- you MAY fire at any life signs noticed on Japolbadia as long as you abide by the preceding rules
-- the effects of your missle payload MAY NOT extend to the protected areas mentioned above. If you have any doubts about your missle's compliance to this rule, contact our Ministry of Immigration for approval.
Other than that, "Bring it On!"
