Today the Government of Fascist Afrikanerdom has for the first time ended our Isolationist policies and opened ourselves up to alliances and barrier free trade of the world. We would like to know if any nations would like to offer alliances or begin trade with us.

He could be, but what I want to know is why is he just a guest. FWS did seem to have a fascination with South Africa.
he is a guest as there is no IP ban on Jolt, but if he registers on NS, there is a chance of his IP being seen, it is however a lesser chance now that the forums have been moved and NS mods are less powerful.

if it is FWS, I'm willing to give him another chance unless he godmodds again. And by that I mean, no 5 mile rivers, 50% population armies, early WMD, and time travel
